Perfect Pplace for families! Great facilities for kids (large playarea with staff supervision. Activities for kids available (some free, some for money). Kids lunches available (for charge). Breakfast superb. Possibility to rent strollers, cparts, and car seats. Can't say anything about the pool since our child was so happy playing in the kids' facilities that they never wanted to go.swimmimg. The staff was absolutely friendly and attentive. They set up a birthday table at breakfast for one of our group who happened to have birthday as a surprise. We will be coming back.

I experienced a very rude and hostile approach by the staff that shocked me. We stayed for one night with family. At arrival, we parked the car in the underground parking lot. During check-in, the receptionist informed us about the parking fee. When I returned to my car, an employee of the hotel which appeared to be a Manager approached me with a loud invoice. I explained that I don't speak good German. I apologized for my poor German and tried to explain in German that I wanted to park my car there. He continued in German and with a rude gesture, he ordered me to take my car from this place by shouting in German just "rauss !", i.e. out ! , several times. He asked me then to follow him to the reception where I was told that I had to park in another parking lot, as my car was too big for this parking lot and that there is another lot. It is unacceptable to SHOUT to a hotel guest "out!" instead of trying asking politely to move the parking lot. I don't speak German but I do understand. Also, the receptionist did not advise during check-in that there is another parking lot for bigger cars. If I didn't have my family with me, I would have just cancelled my stay and left the hotel. Unacceptable welcoming from this hotel staff.

Central location close to beach and restaurants. Family friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. Parking a bit tight and costs extra. We didn't use the pool as it was in a different hotel.

As a parent, I appreciated that it was a hotel for kids, so kids were very welcomed and there were plenty of fun things for them to play with. The location was a mixed bag, as was the entire stay, the proximity to the beach and restaurants was excellent; however, our views were of parking lots which were noisy every morning at 6am when trucks were loading and emptying. I also appreciated the layout of the room because it had two bedrooms and a 2nd toilet room. Asphalt views, apparently moldy shower head (see photo), inexperienced staff (your Binzer Card does allow you to travel for free on all the busses between Binz and Prora, not just the 27), Price gouging- be sure to double check your rate on Booking.com before your free cancellation period ends. If I had, I would have gotten the same room for the same exact dates for 50% less!! We are talking 60€ less per night. The hotel management could have cooperated with Booking.com to save me some money but they refused. Know what you are paying for: my Booking.com total included all taxes and fees but I was charged an additional tax in the amount of 27€ upon departure. Know that at the breakfast buffet you can order a cappuccino and other coffee drinks from the staff- they don’t advertise this.

Amazing place to be with kids, excellent personnel who was always helpful and patient. Kids club was one love for our kids. Lovely breakfast and hotel location was just great. Everything was good, we would love to come back again.

Very good breakfast. Location. The room is big. It’s a good sauna with a swimming pool, but you need to go to another hotel. The furniture is a little old, dirty curtains, a dirty sofa and pillows on it. The walls are also quite dirty and scratched.
