Great location - near the sea. Great cafes in the building, Edeka store nearby. Great equipment - TVs, Miele dishwasher etc nobody informed us that to book the beach boxes you have to rent an apartment with them. Waschmaschine is one for 4 apartments and is very difficult to get a place

This is a strange review to make... Usually we do not choose locations that do not have any reviews but, looking at the pictures, it looked very promising. Getting there we were not disappointed - what you see in the pictures is what you get. The apartment is really nice - everything is brand new and nicely decorated (in my opinion, at least). It is located on the beach, and has view towards the sea. You can only see glimpses of the sea, because of the trees but you can hear it. We also liked that the area is really quiet and the beach not so crowded. On the plus side - the TVs - a large one in the living area and the Wi-Fi connection Well...the complex is not finished yet and here is still construction going on. While we were there, we were not bothered by any construction noise. It is only about the aspect of the area. It has very high potential and probably nex season will be better. There are few options to eat in the area - the few restaurants are pretty small and, during busy hours, it is possible not to find a table. Getting there was not as easy as it should have been, the address is not clear and we had to call the property to get directions.
