The cleaning lady was rude and somewhat hostile, and wanted us to leave about 1h before we were actually supposed to. She entered our room twice during that time.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The bed was literally full of ants, and I woke up in the middle of the night covered in bites all over my body. It was one of the most horrifying experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. I have been traveling for business for over 18 years and have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, but this was by far the worst experience of my life. I couldn’t believe the level of negligence and lack of basic hygiene standards in a property that claims to offer comfort and hospitality. I strongly urge future guests to think twice before booking this hotel until management takes real action to resolve these issues. No traveler deserves to go through such an unpleasant and unhygienic experience.

After a problem with the AC described below, next day, I talk to the person at front desk and they changed us to another room with AC immediately. The AC of our room didn't work and I couldn't sleep that night. It was a blast of hot air during a real hot summer night. On top of everything we couldn't open the windows because of the mosquitos.

Cleanliness...friendly staff... no elevator for heavy work related cases...not enough parking

It was ok, when I got inside. For that price inday it's fine. The automatic check in did not work with my card. It had no contactless payments. I had problems with going inside because I arrived when there was nobody in. When I called the hotel the first person just said it's working for sure and disconnected. Only the second one helped me.

The reception was very helpful. The rooms are small for 3 people, especially the bathroom, but they were cleaned the room every day. The room was invaded by ants for the last 2 days.It was so uncomfortable.

It is a clean functional hotel. The room is small but adequate for a few days stay. The staff are very helpful and very friendly. The selection of breakfast is limited, but again it's adequate . Thank you to the team for their assistance during my stay!

Room - fantastic, very good use of space and nice bathroom facilities Wi-Fi: virtually unuseable (continuous log off, certificates that wouldn't resolve, slow bandwidth) - if not for staff trying I would discount an entire 5 points for this.
