Clean hotel, very comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to Priscilla at the front desk in reception. She was incredibly professional, accommodating and very very helpful. I always ask a lot of questions and even though I didnt understand any french, she still indulged me. The other members of staff were also very friendly but I engaged with her more. 5 stars for her! Not a lot but my phone in the room wasnt working and there was a TV signalling issue for about a day or so. But that didnt damped my spirits as we all still had an excellent time at the Mercure. I will definitely come back
