Best location if you or your kid is there for tennis camp. Dinner & lunch is very good. Breakfast could be improved. Small pool is quite and very good for adults. Big pool is too busy with kids. Very bad noise isolation. Heard TV from a room next door. Kids running and shouting. You hear every door closing.

We booked Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort for four nights, paying almost €1,900, based on its presentation as a four-star hotel and resort. Unfortunately, our experience was sufficiently disappointing that we checked out after the first night and booked alternative accommodation. The room itself was very basic and, more importantly, poorly maintained. The carpet was noticeably dirty and bathroom fittings were loose and coming away from the wall. I have photographs and video evidence of both. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and intermittent before becoming effectively unusable. We raised this with reception, who confirmed there was a problem. Our first morning was also badly disturbed by guests in the adjoining room repeatedly hitting tennis balls against the wall, which woke us. The same thing happened again later that morning. I complained to reception, but it still took around 30 minutes for the disturbance to stop. Any one of these issues in isolation might have been something we could overlook. It was the combination of cleanliness, maintenance, lack of reliable Wi-Fi and significant noise that made us decide we did not want to spend valuable holiday time trying to resolve multiple problems. The property is clearly heavily centred around the tennis academy. There is nothing inherently wrong with that, but our experience felt much more like accommodation attached to a busy tennis facility than the four-star hotel/resort experience we believed we had booked. We therefore checked out after one night and paid for alternative accommodation elsewhere. We subsequently raised the matter through Booking.com. The hotel declined to refund any of the three unused nights. Booking.com itself ultimately provided us with a small travel credit. I appreciate that other guests may have different experiences, particularly those visiting specifically for the tennis facilities. However, based on the room and hotel experience we received, I could not recommend.

I liked almost everything. The rooms are very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The combination of sports facilities, massages, and relaxation options is fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. During our last stay, we arrived early and I had asked to be notified as soon as a room became available, as we were traveling with our 4-month-old baby. Just half an hour after my request, I received a call inviting us to check in to our room. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant’s operating hours are somewhat limited, and the menu could be more varied. For guests staying longer than two days who prefer dining at the hotel restaurant, the selection may become repetitive.
