Excellent location for walking to the Arena. Upgraded room on arrival was a fabulous surprise.

Well laid out, with pretty much all basic necessities one might need. Very clean. The GPS takes you to the back entry of the hotel and there’s no way to get in the hotel without an access card (via the elevator which requires the card, all other doors being locked).

Large modern hotel, room excellently appointed and comfortable. Close to town and plenty of places to eat nearby The coffee machine didn't work

Very clean and the most important thing was the Air con. Staff are very friendly and we really enjoyed staying there. The location and facilities are amazing. The breakfast was excellent and we liked the idea of ordering egg dishes specially made for us. It is one of the best hotels we’ve ever been in. All amazing but it will be nice to extend the time of the breakfast.

Fantastic ambience of this place, I for one am a fan of the darker feel in the room Unable to connect to streaming platforms (Netflix, YouTube etc) Can get a bit noisy on a weekend

The location is fantastic, right on the canal. The personnel are helpful and always prompt to serve you. Nothing.

We enjoyed our stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful canal and wharf, which made for a lovely and peaceful evening walk. A special mention must go to Orched, who was absolutely exceptional. Her customer service was outstanding, she was professional, polite, attentive and incredibly helpful. I was feeling quite distressed as I was having difficulty locating the parking, but Orched was so patient and reassuring and went above and beyond to assist me. Her kindness and professionalism made such a positive difference to our experience. Staff like Orched are a real credit to the hotel. The parking facilities, are a little inconvenient for people with Disabilities. The access road to the parking is not clearly sign posted.

The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. Great location for the city centre. The quality of breakfast wasn’t the best; there was a large selection but I wouldn’t say the quality was great.
