The ambiance of the hotel is exceptional and lthe location from the train station is very accessible by walking I was told by emai that my wife will be able to access the sauna without extra charges however that was not the case because the sauna ,massage and spa are an not part of the hotel as it is advertised. Thats quite misinforming

Great location from the train station easy to reach very central to all shops and restaurants and very friendly and approachable staff they provided me with a voucher for 2 free drinks as it was my birthday which was a good gesture of will N/A

Clean, well presented, it’s got a spa, bar and restaurant. The location is very good, you can easily get to places by walking. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helped celebrate my husband’s birthday.

I want to compliment the staff, particularly those in the brasserie. The service they gave both during our evening meal and during breakfast was exceptional. I’ve travelled considerably and stayed in many hotels, and have not encountered better service. They supported my elderly Mum and I, and went above and beyond to make us both feel comfortable and meet our needs. Please pass on our thanks if you can. We stayed in Birmingham on 18th August

Staff, location comfort Room a little dated now, small shower and hairdryer not long enough to reach the mirror. Electric didn't charge watch etc Volatile guest that police had to remove but that wasn't hotels fault
