We always stay at this hotel when we visit birmingham. The staff are lovely . Location is great, close enough to the city but far away enough to not hear the night life. Nothing. All was spot on.

Aircon didnt work in my room couldnt even vent a little air from outside because no vents or windows to open,, there was loose tile on the floor of the bathroom , the extractor in the bathroom was dirty and blocked so made a lot of noise , a full winter duvet on the bed in the middle of summer when the aircon doesnt work meant i didnt get any sleep

The price was great. The staff friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast was good. The bed comfortable. Can’t really fault anything.

Location. Good shower and bathroom. Staff all very pleasant. Good buffet breakfast with hot and cold options including gf and vegan Our room was on the 16th floor which meant we had a great view but not so good when the fire alarm went off at 5.40 am ! Staff very apologetic but obviously just an accident.

Good location for the nice part of the city. Breakfast was decidedly average. Not a lot of choice, and the scrambled eggs were weirdly crumbly. A minor point though.

Modern building with efficient air-conditioning - invaluable in hot summers. Close to bars and restaurants. Slightly dappy trainee charged me twice for my stay, but it was rectified, so no problem
