Location is excellent. Room looks good. Breakfast is not really excellent but has lots of fresh fruits Incorrect charge to my bill something I did not use

Breakfast, spacious, friendly and welcoming staff. Did the basics really well and that’s all we needed for a quick stop over Price went up a few days before visiting when needed a second room

Large room close to airport. We were not there long enough to dislike much but self check in was annoying and lacks the personal touch. Staff didn't give the warm, happy approachable type unlike the plaza in the city that we originally got dropped off at

Plenty of choice. Open til 10 am and 11 am on Sunday Sometimes the pastries and bread ran out and weren’t replaced unless guests asked

Price would have been more competitive if breakfast & parking was included…..location ideal for Resort World and NEC No de-caff tea bags in room, we had to collect from restaurant as housekeeping didn’t have any…why only leave 1 KitKat when 2 people sharing, not very generous really
