Close to NEC Air con set to 21 degrees in a heat wave- it took 1.5 hours for it to be sorted while my mum (who has asthma) lost her voice. 3 conversations with reception to sort it out. The lowest the aircon would go was 18 degrees! I put my heating on at that temp in the winter! Pillows too large, toiletries underwhelming and stained duvet cover For the price they charge I expected much better

Lovely atmosphere, amazing breakfast The sofa bed for my children was full of very uncomfortable springs! They were so uncomfortable and ended up sleeping in our bed

Nice big poor, great breakfast options, perfect location for the NEC. Double bed was huge and very comfortable. Looking a bit tired, but it was in the middle of a refurbishment. Kids pullout bed was uncomfortable and too small - they did not sleep well.

Breakfast had a good choice but wasn’t very hot The parking charge disappointing to pay a lot of money to stay in the hotel and then have to pay to park as well

Staff were very helpful which makes your trip The access entrances were sealed off giving preference for the Jewellery Show which was not very helpful especially when trying to access the BP Pulse Arena

Good size room, food good. Dirty bathroom, long black hairs on the floor and wash hand basin. Also silver fish in bathroom.
