Good location for NEC or trains into city centre. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The hotel room appeared to have been refurbished but the bathroom, in particular, had some poor workmanship making it look like a quick fix solution. The bathroom fan also didn't work and the shower head dripped constantly if left in the holder.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! They helped with an upgrade to an AC room, communicated about vegan/gluten free offerings in the breakfast upon booking, answered questions and held our luggage prior to checkout. Really really lovely people! Zero vegan + gluten free mains offerings for lunch/dinner at the restaurant (other than chips). Very easy to include tofu as a replacement protein. Fruit on the menu is great, but it's a side dish not a main source of protein, which we do need as well. Breakfast did have a veggie full English of small mushrooms (suggestion: offering portobello is a nicer option if possible), stewed tomato, GF toast and 1 hash brown (excellent!), and beans (great!). Also suggest including a GF coconut yogurt like Coco Collab and GF granola offering, as I would have loved to utilize all your beautiful fruit toppings too :)

Comfortable bed, very clean, easy to park, friendly staff. Room was very hot, not Hotel's fault that there was a heatwave. There was a small fan in the room which was faulty but there was no replacement when asked.

Access to the NEC was easy .Hotel carpark was large and free to residents. All good

Swimming pool is excellent. Snooker table are also good. Hotel general good standard. All good

The hotel is of a good standard with a decent menu in the bar and restaurant and good value. Grab rails would be useful with the shower being in the bath. Some staff not knowledgeable on what they are serving up from the bar menu. Not asked about allergies when ordering food.

Our stay went well as we had a room with working air-conditioning and was away from parties taking place in the hotel. Our friends, also staying, had negative experiences due no aircon and being provided with ineffective fans as an altrnative.

Good location, free parking, comfortable bed Check in was an absolute shambles, lots of people were complaining about the noise and the mouldy beds. It probably took a good 15-20 mins to check in. Then it appeared there was no room available for us as there was water damage, which I feel like we could have been told about before we got there. The reception persons technique seemed to be getting one of the staff to chat to me and distract me whilst he frantically searched for a room. He tried to take them all in to the back room to have a not so subtle discussion and I asked if I could just please check in. Became apparent the only option was a twin room instead of the king I had booked. I was given the impression this was a better room than I’d booked as it was superior. However, when I checked, I had booked a superior room… Had I not been exhausted and just wanting to go to bed I would have requested some sort of compensation. Finally, the room had cobwebs all over the lampshades so not sure how often they are cleaned.
