Clean, helpful staff. the noise from the corridor! Not your issue but people talking loudly going to tehir rooms.

Nice and clean room. The staff was very friendly. We had complimentary water, tea, coffee and milk. It is a pub, so you hear music until very late (2-3 am). The walk from the train station is not a nice one. The room was extreamly hot.

Clean, perfectly beautiful room; very good location. Just outside, there is a bus which takes you directly to the train station or city centre. Also, easy to find.

the staff were very helpful, the whole place was very clean, the room, the bar area and even the outside area, Even the toilets in the bar area, The breakfast was very reasonable in price, even though they said none from Monday to Thursday, they still laid on the full breakfast on Tuesday morning. i could not fault the place, they went the extra mile for the guests, also the location was ideal for the GNR gig at Villa park Nothing not to like,

Very convenient location to venue for gig with parking and easy to find. No spaces can be held so did take a risk but luckily one space available when we arrived. Staff didn’t seem to be bothered about guests (texting while speaking to us). After the gig we couldn’t find the door with the code to get in but luckily someone came out even though was gone 11pm so make sure they show you where the door is if arriving late from a gig! Also towel in room was unclean but rest of room was.
