Fair price Bed was comfortable and clean Staff very dismissive on arrival No parking on site, left car in street nearby. Local area feels rough. We could hear and feel the music from the bar below until 01:00 Saturday night. No bin in room. Very basic facilities

The lady who runs this place is so lovely, caring and friendly... She really does go above and beyond. This place is a little hidden Gem! The room was spotless! I had a very clean ensuite shower, shower products, towels, etc. The bed was so comfortable, and little things like having tea and coffee in the room and having a smart guest free wifi. There's a really nice function room (for parties and events), and the regular locals at the bar made myself and my partner feel ever so welcome. If you drive there are massive gated private carpark and the building is really secure and there are cameras everywhere which just makes you feel so safe and secure. Oh one last thing... There is a 24 hour garage opposite and local shops around the corner are open 24/7 (for those midnight snacks).

Didn't have a suitable room Turned up and given key to room....Walked into the room and because it had been so hot the window had been left open which was understandable... Unfortunately there were about 30 flies all circling above the bed and the room was stifling hot...Went back down and asked for an alternative room... Advised by reception that they were fully booked and no other room available...Said I couldn't stay in that room and that I'd need to find another hotel...It's now 5 weeks later and the hotel has refused a refund and Booking.comnhave not helped at all...I've now stopped using Booking.com as it's the first time I've had an actual problem that needs sorted and they've not helped at all....Hotel also lied about me trying to cancel before I arrived....which was just a blatant lie... AVOID this hotel
