Stayed many times! Great staff! Recommended Nothing

Despite having been booked months ago we arrived to be told our stay had been cancelled due to ‘maintenance issues’. There was no apology from the receptionist and we were told we would have to find something else.

Great location, 10 min walk to the centre. Staff were efficient not very welcoming. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Staff at reception were not very welcoming.

Convenient location. Double room consisted of 2 single beds pushed together. Not overly comfortable.

Close to the event I was attending. Air circulation remaining on from 9am to 9pm. It was quite noisy and took some getting used to. Breakfast tables were slow to be cleared.

It was graduation day busy so I wasn’t aware of that Too busy and quite hot in the room. I got to the pool and it was closed

Rooms were very clean and nicely furnished & the bed was comfortable. Had everything I needed for my short stay. Shower didn't drain very well, so the tray would fill up and let water leak onto the bathroom floor - a very minor issue. The walls are quite thin, which cannot be helped, and whilst it's very well signposted, the building can feel a bit like a maze.
