I thought it was excellent value for money. Staff all very polite. Nice leisure facilities perfect for me and my children. TV in the room is not smart and could not connect to internet. Only basic channels with not much to offer.

The hotel was clean, modern and fresh. We were greeted with complimentary self service squash on arrival, which was a lovely touch. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served really good-quality food. There was even a mini Starbucks fridge and a selection of sandwiches by the bar. The room was clean and comfortable, and honestly, the hotel had everything we could have needed. Highly recommend! The sofa bed in our room was a bit of a safety concern with a toddler. The gaps around the bed exposed metal frames, so we had to place pillows over them to prevent our toddler from falling onto the metal frame when sleeping. It would be great if this could be made safer.

Good value for money. The staffs were friendly and communicates well. I like the nice handwritten note to welcome the guest. The toiletries they use for the bathrooms and washrooms smell nice. Breakfast had a decent selection. Food at the restaurant was reasonably priced and the bar attendants were lovely. It had all the basic things you need in the room, coffee and tea facility, hair dryer and iron. The pool was clean and decent for a nice swim. The pool is not always open for guest as they hold swimming lessons for kids. The carpets in the hallways need more cleaning or changed looked a bit old and dusty.

Friendly, helpful staff, great swimming pool and gym, kids eat free dinner meal deal , excellent free shuttle bus to Birmingham International Train Station. Clean rooms. Great location if you are using Birmingham Airport or NEC. Also easy to get free shuttle bus then train to Birmingham New Street for the City Centre.

Location near to the Airport There was a function and music was really loud and its only after my complaints the staff made the music stop at 1200 PM. If they want such a loud music function then it should be highlighted before customers book rooms. My whole family suffered due to this as we travelled a long way from Edinburgh and wanted to have comfort sleep to prepare for our next day packed event. This experience spoiler our whole weekend as we wanted to leave early.

Staff were excellent, warm and welcoming. Pool was shut in the mornings for swimming lessons with no warnings online before I booked the room, onr of the reasons I booked this hotel were so the kids could go swimming.
