Very nice receptionist, helped with keeping luggage until check in time and also with directions. Room was okay, It was hot in the room upon arrival, wish the AC was turned on before arrival.

Large well appointed rooms renewed much more recently than the building. A strone throne's away from Brum station and the Bullring. In my room there was a problem with the plumbing as the water could only go steaming hot. The staff were lovely though and after trying to fix it just moved me to a room where it was fine.
