Quaint building and rooms with an almost “Victorian coach stop” feel. Plenty parking on site and awesome staff. Located under a motorway and opposite a steel merchants so local noise outside was not loud but constant.

Orange juice Weebrix cereal, butter is ok. In location not far from hotel to Aston train station easily walking only 5-10. Staffs were nice people. I like the bedroom style that looks like a Victorian building I don't like the breakfast because the smoked salmon was raw, The scrambled eggs were not cooked properly and the teapot and baked beans were not hot enough. When I asked them, I said, I would like a beef sausage for breakfast but they still did not offer me beef sausage. I’m in disappointed because the bedroom was too dark and tea cup is small, In the bedroom, and there was no mini-fridge or wardrobe with drawers. When I was sitting at the table to eat breakfast they served the tea, I found the cup dirty; clearly, they do not wash up properly. Also, and at upstairs in the hall, keep the lighting off as well. The problem is that the bedroom doors are not locked properly. There is a problem: they don't give me the outside keys. I asked, 'How can I get in when I get back? and they said I have to text them, or I can press the button to open the door.

Amazing on time and very good quality. There was nothing not to like.

Design, bathroom, amenities, breakfast. Heater was less powerful to beat the cold during the night. All else was perfect.

I liked the cleanliness and the friendliness of all the staff. Always a service with a smile and ready to help. The only minor thing is that food was not available in the evening.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The car park was secure. In addition, only walking distance to Villa Park football.
