It's not not a great place to stay if you don't know how to get from there to departures using the local bus service.
-
No
-
Close to workplace
-
No. Had to pay 10£ to book in at 12 am but to be expected
-
No one taking our calls at reception when we tried to inform them we were running late. One of the bar staff smashed a glass, shards flew everywhere narrowly missing our faces, she didn't even check to see if we were ok.Woke up covered in bedbug bites.
-
No Aircon and it was uncomfortably hot in the room. The complimentary taxi transfer to the airport charged is 20. You cannot use the shuttle bus as it belongs to NCP.
-
Super comfortable, clean, and comfortable accommodation. Great breakfast. Incredibly nice staff, well located if you need to by the airport or the Resorts World Arena.
-
Not close to any food options
-
We all felt that the bar is very expensive - also no lemonade on draft so when I ordered a half a lager shandy this cost around £6.00 which I feel is very excessive for a tiny amount of lager and a bottle of lemonade so not at all fair for the consumer.
-
Service at bar very poor not staffs fault but only one member of staff serving on a very busy crufts weekend long waits at bar. Very restrictive menu not much choice
-
The aircon was to cold, after a chat with the staff this was resolved
-
Busy weekend, annual carshow on in the nec but not enough food for the breakfasts practically no beer/cider available. Many dishes not available or thrown together with random ingredients whatever the could find. Management need to sort out stock orders.
-
Nothing that I didn't like, but I did miss a fan or air conditioning at night for ventilation.
-
Clean and modern
-
A luggage rack would have been very helpful. A bar of face soap would have welcome instead of trying to wash one's face with antibacterial hand soap. The all purpose body wash/ shampoo was completely liquid had a very unpleasant scent, pretty unuseable.
-
Everything the company is a money sucking leach
-
No shower cap or hairdryer
-
Purely, a commercial hotel, but I should have expected that from the booking price. No way in which I could have made it into the shower, but was not even attempted!
-
No air conditioning. BUT on the hottest day in history!
-
No, all excellent .... but watch the parking fees ... we were nearly badly caught out by misleading booking.
