No restaurant for dinner. Biggest and only disappointment.

EV (slow but free) charger available, breakfast and very friendly staff. One of the four lights in the living room was blinking. I requested twice to have it fixed or at least disconnected, but my request was not attended, leaving me in the dark for a couple of nights.It also would be great to have a way to connect to the tv other than HDMI.

For that amount of money I expect the carpet to be power cleaned and not smelling like dog house

Beautiful setting, peaceful, warm and cosy, fireplace on when we arrived. Friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast buffet served with our favourite Campos coffee!

We have stayed at Parklands many times over the years. Although, previously we always stayed in the garden suites. This time we stayed in a Lake View Canopy room and were very disappointed. It was freezing cold and we couldn't get the air conditioner to warm the room properly, until the following morning when we were in the process of leaving. I should mention that the AH receptionist struggled with the AC as well and ended up bringing us a bar heater, which was much appreciated. We sorely missed the fires the Garden Suites have. Didn't enjoy the queen size bed, the cold hard bare floor, the noise of the wind and rain on the canopy roof. The bathroom was only just adequate although I couldn't get hot water out of the tap despite running it being turned fully on hot for 5 minutes. The access to our room was down a steep narrow path and the room was way too expensive for the standard of comfort. Couldn't wait to leave to be honest.

The hotel located in forest. You can have a walk in the hotel. And the room is large. The smell of the room is not good. The bathroom is not good. It’s not like a 5 stars hotel.

The whole environment is very beautiful and relaxing, the room is sooo nice, elegant, clean, big and nicely equipped/set up. Staff there are very nice and friendly. The receptionist Mathildle is very kind and helpful. I am impressed that she could remember my name the next morning when we went to breakfast. We really like this hotel. Now is on the top of our favourite list in the Blue Mountain area. None

Lovely location, beautiful property and friendly staff! Room wasn’t ready for check in so we had to wait around, and wish breakfast started earlier 8-10 was so short!
