Absolutely nothing to be honest we left early The staff there was rude the curtain rail fell on my daughters head as she went to get in shower went to reception and told them and the was no cover on the tap so was just a metal spike she said we wil sort it not once asked how my daughter was! The food in in lounge didn’t have dinner at 12 so was only supplied breakfast menu he said I can make you chips and gravy as I don’t eat pancakes, bacon,or sausage I said that will have to do then comes back and states we have no gravy!! So we went on the tram to get food! It come to tea time so we went in the restaurant and I looked at the floor it was filthy and only had 4 things on menu that we both didn’t like! my daughter is autistic and only eats beige and white foods! The sheets was dirty I had to ask for more the mattresses I wouldn’t let my dog sleep on was dirty as hell just was not a pleasant stay at all

Guys it is a budget hotel so that extra quality is missing, so if you imagined a better looking door, the bin from the bathroom bring moved to the corner (of the bathroom) so it wasn't the first thing you saw would make a difference. Rust in bath wasn't attractive but I stood on the bath mat Better looking bed linen and maybe a picture on the wall would all be an improvement. But to be honest we went clubbing in the town centre, free entry and free shots everywhere until 2am. Everyone was super nice and they gave us late check until 1200 for £10!! .....I had a swim in the pool, which cleared my head, there was yoga taking place! I then went out for breakfast...great weekend ? The beach across the road is wonderful, absolutely spectacular....a great under £100 break ?

Sea view, entertainment, comfort all good Bed was awful , falling towards each other as mattress sagged - parking was difficult as venue was so busy
-
And chewing gum stuck to the kettle
-
I did cancel it and still got them trying to take money out of my bank
-
A little expensive for a sub par buffet style breakfast. Not entirely sure why the hotel is charging me for parking when I booked a room with them. Surely that should be included. The room was also dingy and gross and the bed was beyond uncomfortable it looked like a table they found in a back alley.

Mm just no . ?
-
Location The rooms and cleanliness is very poor. Radiator wasn’t working the rooms were smelly. Walls and ceiling looked like have not been touched for decades.
-
The prices of alcohol 3 double southern comfort and coke. 25 quid. Spent a crazy amount at the bar. Will not be coming again for that reason. Shame really as was a regular

The lovely receptionist Nothing

Everything Very dirty hotel and More like a building site Medication(tablet) found in my room by my infant child was changed rooms but no improvement as I noticed a used swimming costume sticking out from the chest of drawers which was obviously left by a previous guest I would give 5 stars for the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Nothing dislike

Curtains weren't the right size for the windows so didn't fully close

great location, food really nice especially evening meals, friendly staff room was clean. We stayed in 'Penthouse' very dull and outdated. size was really good and was very clean. No Heating just small portable electric radiators that were not fit for purpose. Definitely needs a total refresh

Jeri and Bev on reception were sooo nice and helpful! I am disabled partially sighted and they were great! Food good. Lovely attentive dining room staff. Beautiful building and spa was excellent. Bit far from everywhere if you have no transport. But frequent trams just outside hotel.
