Had some issue with hot water for the shower

Sue was very welcoming when we arrived …. The room was lovely and comfortable….the breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble…. Lovely staff and very welcoming to our staffy Bella …we will return….

Pillows a bit soft. Strange smell in bathroom (maybe shower drain.) Had to park on next street as all spaces taken .

Location - situated across the road from a tram stop and bus stop, offering fantastic transportation links. Breakfast - a remarkable selection for all tastes. Really couldn’t be any nicer There is nothing not to like

Upon arrival the owners were very friendly and treat you like family very kind and explained everything with without having to even ask the room was just for myself so although it was small was perfect for me even had my own kettle in the room and ensuite can definitely say I will be returning the breakfast was buffet style But there was cereal pastries as well as full English breakfast. If you had any dietary requirements all you needed to do was just say and they will be more than willing to help. Can definitely say I will be coming back. Also on a sidenote it’s not smack banging the centre and only a 15 minute tram ride away from the centre which is perfect. Nothing I didn’t like found my stay very adequate absolutely perfect

Very welcome arrival, cozy room with everything you would need, including an electric blanket and extra blankets . Sue was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was five star absolutely excellent, including smoothies, cereal porridge and a wonderful cook breakfast. Great location if you wanted the beach. I was there seeing my mother in a care home which was also just around the corner. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed in a few similar establishments in Blackpool and have been let down by how neglected the places are. Not brincliffe. A lot of care has been taken and I felt very much at ease.

Exceptionally clean. Superb cooked breakfast, on a par with 4-star hotel. Host (Sue) very helpful. Convenient for tram stop, shops and restaurants Parking in nearby streets when B&B parking full Single room was small, but fine for short stay

Stayed one night, the hotel was clean and tidy as was the room I stayed in. I would go back again, my only gripe was not getting breakfast, it wasn't served until 9am and I had to leave at 8, I did mention. It when I checked in but no alternative offer was made.

Rooms were clean, very warm. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, nice and hot. The double room was a little strange in that it was long and narrow. There wasn’t a lot of space but it was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.
