Very comfortable stay,food was very tasty and good choice. The entertainment was so good,very good singers. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

It was a really good hotel and staff were all top notch. Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but we found as a family there was a lot based around the older people and that is fine, I probably would have liked to know it was the way before booking. Beds were a bit too firm for me, which caused a bad back on multiple occasions, but that’s more to do with me than the actual hotel being the issue. Staff at meal times were great, and I’d like to especially mention Astrid, who was very pleasant and attentive. Just the beds and some forewarning of the age range of the majority of guests, again we had no issue , just so that we could have made plans in a slightly more family setting.

Food excellent Staff all very helpful, pleasant and enjoyed doing their jobs. Special mention to Gio in the restaurant and Lisa who looked after our room. The young lady on reception unfortunately we didn't get her name. Communal areas very pleasant. Room a little on the small side but a very small negative

The meals and dining room staff were excellent. Great choice at every meal and the good was ‘piping hot’ which is rare these days in UK hotels. Service was brilliant. Table service top class! It’s an old hotel but our room was fantastic
