All staff were accomodating and friendly. Quick to resolve any issues and assist as needed. Great location for a quiet trip to Blackpool but easy to access the centre using public transport. The breakfast was fairly priced. We had no hot water in our room at all. The bathroom wasn’t clean- there was faeces smeared on the wall and floor. The blinds were missing a strip and no curtains so let in light very early.

the room was a good size and was very comfortable the breakfast and evening meals were really good the entertainment was very good cannot think of anything I did not like

Room was very warm

The window in the room was broken so could hear the wind and traffic really bad the light under the bunk wasn't working also the bathroom light at the mirror wasn't working the sofa bed was broken so my son had to sleep the floor on a mattress the music was very loud down there

Staff were very helpful and accommodating as we needed an earlier breakfast due to work commitments Wasn't aware we had to pre book the parking and we tried to book dinner and they didn't have enough food for another two guests. So be aware pre book dinner and parking

The accommodation was in the area I needed to be. The room was tired. Veneer on the bedside cabinet had been peeled away. The carpet between the bedroom and bathroom was frayed. The bedding and towels, although appeared clean had an awful odor. The sink in the bathroom was so big it prevented access to the toilet on the left and shower to the right. Blood staining on the paintwork inside the bathroom. The doorframe into the bathroom had a protruding nail. Very poor shower pressure. Slept on top of the bed with my jacket as a cover.

Very impressed indeed with this hotel. All the staff were not only professional but seemed genuinely happy to be part of a team who worked really well together from a exceptionally clean room to food that was very good indeed. The entertainment was really good and they even had a free quiz in addition. Have already booked another stay. Thank you to the staff who made it holiday even better.

We didn't have meals in the hotel, the location was fine with shops, a cafe and a few good pubs nearby The lift was a bit small, my wife struggled to get in with her mobility trolley, I didn't like the beers on offer except for Guinness, I don't drink lager and I don't like Boddington's bitter
-
Staff were really lovely my daughter is in a wheelchair and couldn't fit wheelchair in lift so I couldn't get to my room so staff sorted me out an apartment which was suitable for my daughter Not wheelchair accessible as stated staff said wasn't their fault, but it was due to booking .com advertising the hotel as wheelchair accessible when it wasn't

Staff need to interact more. Showers are dated need repairs.
