Excellent place, great owner Conner. Couldn't do enough for you. Sorted parking, anything we needed was done. The no drinks facilities in the room is a bit weird as we always have brews but a coffee machine is available downstairs.

Very clean, welcoming, warm and friendly. Connor was very polite, helpful and great with the children. Definitely be returning! The mattresses on the bunk beds could do with an update, everything else super!!

This was our first time staying in a hotel as we usually book an apartment but I would definitely choose Kings Cross Hotel again. When we arrived we we're greeted by Connor who was lovely and gave us a tour of the hotel and made us aware that if we had any further questions staff would be on hand. I don't personally drink but the bar had a great selection of drinks and there was plenty of food options available. Our room was as advertised and was clean with complimentary bottles of water and mints. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Staff were super friendly both over message and in person.. Good food, great little place. Mattress very springy, bed wobbled and squeaked, pillows very flimsy, used 2 and my head still sank into them.

Good room/facilities for the price we paid. Quirky decor Very friendly and helpful on check in and bar service. We didn't have any cash so couldn't have a cuppa in the morning. But we were told about that on check in so our fault we didn't get some. Not really a negative.

Staff was lovely, food was very good, the hand made burgers was ace and ocation was good. . Drinks was quiet pricey and the beds was very uncomfortable.

We liked everything about this hotel the food was amazing the staff was amazing he was lovely and understood about my oldest son he helped when I needed and reassured me cuz I left my boys buggy down stairs. There was nothing we didn’t like apart from the toilets in the rooms was a tight squeeze for me but I am a big women. But love you everything about this hotel.

Perfect location, 10 mis from the station & central peir. The host was lovely, very helpfull. Very clean, vending machines for coffee & snacks, food & drinks available.

Location was fantastic. Brilliant stocked bar! Mini arcade was a hit. The bathroom was small, would be better if the door opened into the room and not the bathroom as it was a squeeze to get in & out of. And needed more coat hangers and would benefit for hooks on the back of the doors.

Excellent location, and the owner couldn’t have done enough for us. The kids absolutely loved the games room, while the adults really enjoyed the excellent selection of drinks in the bar. A fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it! Nothing
