Excellent bed and breakfast, far better than most typical B&Bs found in Blackpool. Very clean, in fact, spotless. Sue and Craig were extremely friendly and welcoming. Distance from station, tower, and main attractions were less than 10 minutes of walk. Breakfast was very good.

I was gladly surprised at not only the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff couldn’t help more, breakfast was amazing. Parking nearby. Close to every aspect of attractions. Bar in the place was +. Cannot believe the pricing, more than worth it and went out there way to accommodate you in every way. Highly recommend and I think I’m quite a fussy person. Highly rate this hotel, the staff and would defo visit again and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. They spoil you xx N/A don’t get the question. Not for this place!!

The hosts were lovely and couldnt do enough for you. Room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. For an extra £8 you could get a full english breakfast, great value for money. The rooms were quite stuffy so had to have the window open, road outside was very noisy and ended up with a few insect bites. But not really alit the hotel can do about that.

Highlights Cleanliness: Immaculate rooms and common areas; everything felt fresh and well cared for.Hosts: Friendly, welcoming, and helpful without being intrusive. Atmosphere: Calm, easygoing vibe that made it simple to unwind.Comfort: Comfortable beds and thoughtful little touches that made the stay feel special. We didnt want to waste food, so being asked if we wanted to change or remove items from the breakfast would have topped it off.

It was a nice clean hotel, me and my partner stayed for 2 nights and we wished we could’ve stayed for more. We would definitely stay again, the owners were lovely and so friendly.

The owners Mark and Sue were super friendly, nothing was an issue! Check in was easy! Breakfast was great in the morning! Hotel was in the heart for what we needed! The room was very warm but the was down to the weather, Sue did offer us a fan but we declined

It offers everything you need. Probably the best breakfast in Blackpool. And many other B&B would struggle to match in the UK. It was that good and the third visit. So consistent. Owners are amazingly customer focused. Lovely and down to earth. They works very hard to give you a great experience No negatives. Expectations met !!
