The location was great near everything needed, the hosts were absolutely welcoming and catered for all our needs lovely people. Bathroom abit small but did not effect my overall stay whatsoever.

The room was spotlessly clean and great for 5 of us for 3 nights. Ray was a fantastic host. The breakfast was lovely. Overall a great family break and we'd recommend the Pearl Hotel

We was greeted by Ray who was lovely & welcoming. The hotel itself was really clean,breakfast was spot on with a choice of cereals or a cooked breakfast. There's was an added bonus of a bar inside which was really lovely to have & it was very family friendly. Both Ray,his wife & I'm guessing the girls who helped with breakfast was his kids work really hard to keep the place looking & feeling so good & they should be proud of themselves because it's spot on. We actually ended up staying an extra night which were glad we did Absolutely nothing & we will defo stay again

Lovely place, clean, good size family room, staff very helpful. Great location and parking close by for reasonable price. Breakfast good. A bit noisy, could hear next door flushing toilet, shower, fan and every noise round about.

We can't recommend the Pearl Hotel highly enough. Exceptional cleanliness, smart modern decor, fantastic hosts and great breakfast. By far the best accommodation we have stayed at in Blackpool. Nothing

We arrived and called to see if we could check in a little early, which we were. Everything was spotless clean nice and comfortable beds. Great location is good for families . Brakfast was basic, but did the job no complaints from us. Would definitely stay again. And the parking across the way is good too £8 bargain.
