The sea view was good, it was the only thing I enjoyed during my stay The Wi‑Fi in the bedroom was not working throughout my stay, which made things quite inconvenient. I was also given a black duvet, which felt unusual and not very welcoming. The television was very small, making it difficult to enjoy any entertainment in the room. I booked for two nights but could only stay for one due to these issues. I also received very old towels, which added to the overall poor experience.

Owners are very friendly and helpful they went above and beyond in catering for our dietary needs at breakfast thank you so much we will definitely return if we come to Blackpool Only thing we found was shower was cold but after running for a few minutes it did warm up I actually think this was a us issue not the hotels as we had two rooms and boys had no issue using it

This was our first time visiting Blackpool, and I can honestly say we had an amazing time! After travelling seven hours from Wales, we were greeted with the friendliest and warmest welcome from the staff at the Maples Hotel. The hotel was lovely and the rooms were perfect for my family. Everything was spotless, and the morning breakfast was beautiful—it is safe to say my kids cleared their plates! We highly recommend the Maples Hotel and will definitely be booking again for our next visit to blackpool. Cant name anything we didn't like at maples, everything was perfect especially for our first visit.

Very friendly ataff, rooms was spacious, everywhere clean and beds was comfortable Could do with having more than 1 pillow on the bed

The views and senary The stairs to and from the room was steep and very high up there was no parking and we had no hotwater to shower broken tv we did report to the staff and they let them selfs in room while we was out so once we got back and found it out we left early as I didn't feel comfortable any longer after knowing someone had been in and violated my privacy

The breakfast was sound exactly what you’d expect The staff went above and beyond even leaving little extras in our room without us having to ask for example, I had a towel under my pillow the next day after the hotel is cleaned. I was left an extra pillow We was given a travel cot for no extra cost and breakfast every morning we were asked if there was anything else we needed for our room. We was also offered things For breakfast, I always had a full English, but there was cereals jams and things available too In terms of location, it’s out the way but there’s a tram stop however because it’s out the way the phone signal was great and there was a co-op two minutes away as well as a pub There was honestly nothing I could improve on and I just can’t speak highly enough of the staff it’s a proper family room place. It was so good. We actually stayed for longer. We changed the train. There’s a sign above the bar that says come as guests leave as friends I believe this to be true and I will be coming back next year

We were in Blackpool as we were visiting the Lytham Festival so for us we were literally going to be using the facility for B&B only. The location is good and only a short walk from Bispham where the choice of restaurants and bars is really good. The hotel is just across from the promenade and a nearby tram stop which takes you either into Blackpool or out to Fleetwood. The hosts were really friendly and remembered what you liked/ disliked at breakfast which in itself was well cooked. There's not a lot to dislike. When the staff are friendly and the breakfast good, what more do you need.
