Location was excellent and beds were really comfy. Rooms were cold

Nothing Room was constantly freezing and they knew we had 4 kids with us Baring in mind one is a baby we was the last room right at the top so hat to carry pram up 6 flights of stairs the rubbish and dirt behind the beds and chester draws is disgusting due to check in at 2 couldn't get hold of anyone till 2:20 so standing outside the hotel for over 20 mins with bags and children it's nothing like the pictures on here cob webs in the bathroom even the bin was dirty

Location Freezing cold damp room, dirty tissues in drawers, unpleasant smells, untidy lounge. We cut our break short and went home after the first night.

No chairs in bedroom, rooms to small for 2 people, not suitable for disabled guests because of stairs and entrance,rooms okay for 1 night any more rooms would be over crowded because no where to put anything,requested ground floor accommodation because of disabilities but there was none and accommodation didn't reply to tell us they waited till we got there to say so .

The location was exellent me and my friend had slept well in beds. The shower is fine and all facitlies was perfect. The one thing i personally was not pleased about was been on top but understood that cant be helped but i still like this place and me and my mate will happly come back

Very good Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Excellent service, great comfort, and wonderful value. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Don't do breakfast have to eat out very close to tower and beaches easy to get to Had to phone staff to open the door a little dirty in places staff wasn't up early in the morning to ask for anything you needed in my case milk for the tea and coffee that they supplied so had to buy some from the local shop no good if you are disabled as there is no lift to get to rooms loads of stairs

The room wasn’t clean. And the shower unit was filthy. I couldn’t even get a shower and I had a long drive in morning. No Breakfast either .
