The location was great, not too far from anywhere. The beds were clean and comfortable and the room was warm, no issues with hot water either. Checkin and check out process was easy. We stayed in the family room and found the toilet was slow at refilling when it needed to be flushed and the automatic light might go out when you're in the bathroom e.g. showering. There was confusion from the Driftwood in regards to our booking, they texted me asking me where the room key was in the locked family room (I am assuming they thought we had checked out or booked less nights) they entered into the room one day earlier than what I had originally booked for, luckily I didn't leave any valuables out but it made me paranoid that they might of went through our belongings. However for the low price, it wouldn't put me off from staying here again.

The location is near Central Pier and town centre. Also had Netflix available. Room had bare necessities and I mean bare. Cheap does not even describe it. Hairs everywhere. The bed covers and sheets were threadbare and just thrown together. I paid for 3 nights but left after just one. I went to Central Tower hotel in Albert Road FY1. Same price but sooo much more put together. They had towels (2), soaps, disposable slippers, biscuits, hot chocolate sachets and even a mini sewing kit! There's more I could say about Driftwood Rooms but that's enough. Would not recommend unless you're desperate for a roof over your head.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean and basic facilities. Was Abit cold due to no curtains too keep the heat in. Was hard with children being a few levels up.

Clean beds/ smart tv When we arrived we where greeted with what looked like a derelict house, blinds hanging off the front windows, we walked in and was hit with a really strong smell of cigarettes smoke, there was no one to greet you we just had to leave our bags in a room which said reception but was more like a kitchen, once we got into our room after we’d been out for the day , the smell was unbelievable coming from the bathroom , like bad drains , we had to keep the bathroom door shut an open a window which helped a little but we tried not use it as we where there only one night I’ve stayed in a few b&bs in Blackpool so I dont expect much , but there needs to be somethin done about the smell, I wouldn’t recommend staying there if you have a sensitive stomach

The location is pretty central & close to places like Coral Island and Hounds Hill Shopping centre, which is good. The bed in our room was also very comfortable. The rest of the room was very un-kept. Carpet tiles were awful, mould in the bathroom. There was a very high step into the shower and the actual shower only worked when you held the shower head. You're not given bath mats, so that's a bit of a hazard. The bathroom was also exceptionally small. Our view was...questionable. We realized why the blinds were closed on our arrival. You could hear other people being sick throughout the place. Bit grim. The bed was the only good thing sadly. £170 for two nights in a place that could not even provide a hairdryer? There appears to be much nicer rooms on the booking.com website for Driftwood rooms. But we did not get one of those. We got a very poor looking room, that was not worth the money at all, sadly. Would not recommend.

Comfortable beds and pretty quiet for a good night's rest. All we needed for a one night stay in Blackpool. Blankets were too warm.

Good location, the room was alright, the sensor lights were very annoying, we only had 2 towels for a room of 3, was loud as the walls seems to be very thin, the tv channels didn't worked. Overall was good the sensor lights were very annoying, we only had 2 towels for a room of 3 people, very loud

The location was great for all we needed. A few broken tiles in the bathroom which is an easy fix but didn't affect anything.

Great location with an 8 minute walk to the Tower and promenade. The room was ready a little earlier and I was sent the codes to the property to gain access, and was told which room and floor we were on. The room had been left open with the key on the bedside table. The room was a good size with a double and single bed. Plenty of storage, tea and coffee making facilities and a TV. The bathroom was the width of the shower, with a toilet at one end, a sink in the middle and the shower at the other end. The room only had 2 bath towels between the 3 of us and there was no hand towel in the bathroom. There was also no bath mat which made the floor very slippery around the shower. There was no hairdryer in the room either. The light as you walk into the room was on a sensor and would turn on in the middle of the night when you turned over in bed. The light in the bathroom was also on a sensor and this would turn off whilst you were in the shower, leaving you in complete darkness. The double bed was very soft and not very comfortable.
