Breakfast looked good but I just had toast and cereal had to ask for the heating to be put on every day which I am not used to and the mattress was like laying on a rack of ribs Everything else is ok Would stay again if these were put right

Nothing

The hotel looks very dated and tired. Our room was very musty and had an odor like wet dog. No remote for the TV which had an awful picture. The curtains were stained and the wall paper was coming away under the window. Walls are paper thin and we could hear the next room quite clearly.

The owners were lovely ?

The hosts were very polite and helpful and friendly ? The room was cold the electric heater didn't warm the room up at all and there was no hot water

The hosts were exemplary, extremely pleasant and polite. The breakfast was lovely and location ideal. Extremely cold room (so glad I took my hot water bottle with me lol) The bathroom was very very small, it was a tight squeeze getting in and out of the room. The hotel itself needs a great amount of upgrading.

Nothing cold room breakfast not nice no hot water No heating freezing cold couldn't wait to get out of the hotel

The place is really clean and the hosts are brilliant. So friendly. With some nice personal touches . Couple of things need improving It’s very cold in the rooms. You can’t control the heating in your room . We was freezing in the middle of the night. Also the host decided to have a loud conversation at nearly 1am with someone for nearly an hour and woke everyone up . The breakfast was adequate. And served with a friendly smile . Have to pay £10 for private parking in a small garage at the back . If your car is stuck behind others then you can’t get out until they go.

The breakfast was lovely, cooked to order and excellent quality.

It was somewhere to stay for the night and had a TV that worked An over eccentric host who is very loud, outdated hotel, weird pictures on the wall, absolutely freezing, kicked out of hotel an hour early before it was meant to be, weird smell in rooms, had to pay £10 car parking

Location was good and facilities are what you generally get in a hotel of this nature in Blackpool. A bed with ensuite. The room was absolutely freezing. There was an heater however it had to be operated by the hotel staff and was on a timer . The ensuite window would not close and therefore any heat quickly evaporated through it. I was constantly throughout the night requesting the heater to be turned on, so didnt get any rest whatsover and left promptly and as sonn as I was fit to drive. My partner and I slept with our clothes on due to the coldness of the room!!!

Very cold room had to keep telling Winston to put electric heater on because it was controlled from the kitchen area and after 1 hour it was turned off
