The Franklyn Hotel

We had a lovely time here at the Franklyn Hotel. The hosts were extremely welcoming and always made sure all our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious. The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the town centre and promenade.

Cath was very welcoming and friendly. Location was great and not too far a walk to the promenade. Useful having a car park across the road with decent price for the 2 days we were there. Best breakfast ive had in Blackpool The bed wasn't the comfiest for me personally but I still slept. Bathroom had a smell of stale cigarettes but again didn't affect my stay

The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness. We have stayed in many hotels, but we have never seen bed linen as white and fresh as it was here. The towels were soft and smelled lovely, the bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was of excellent quality. The host is one of the kindest and most helpful people we have ever met. Every time we saw them, they asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. We were also allowed to check in before the official check-in time at no extra cost, which was greatly appreciated. On the day of departure, he also told us not to rush with check-out and to take all the time we needed because we were travelling with young children. That small gesture meant a lot to us. The hotel offers discounted parking just across the road, which was very convenient. There was always complimentary bottled water available at the bar, as well as fresh fruit. Our children also enjoyed the free juice and candies, and it was a lovely surprise that their breakfast was free of charge. The breakfast itself was excellent. And free Wi-Fi was a bonus. Travelling with young children can be challenging, but this hotel made it much easier. The 24/7 service button gave us extra peace of mind, and having a dedicated space to leave our baby's stroller saved us from carrying it up and down the stairs every day. For the price we paid, the level of cleanliness, comfort, safety, and customer service exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. The only negatives were very minor. The bathroom sink drained very slowly, so we had to turn off the tap and wait for the water to drain before using it again. Also, although the shower sealant is still doing its job, it has become discoloured and could do with being replaced.

The hotel was in a great location hosted by a lovely lady, was on hand if anything was needed, bedroom was really comfy and cosy and clean, breakfast was included too with our stay and was a good breakfast to help for all our long days, hope to stay here again in the future and would recommend anyone else to give this hotel a try, it is a lovely hotel Nothing

Marc and Cath were lovely hosts. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order, fabulous. A quality stay, at a budget price point. Which was a key factor for us, as paying train fares, and having spending money for the children can be a challenge. Thank you so much. Nothing, it was a brilliant stay

Central location with car parking straight across the road. Hosts were very accommodating. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Relaxed lounge that was accessible each evening. Bunk beds were a bit loose and room was roasting. Fans were provided but made no difference.

The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble.. really convenient location, and super breakfast. There is nothing I can think of as anything that was needed was catered for.

It was very good nice and central to where we needed to go it was clear overall very good!! Nothing everything was just perfect!!
