Lovely people running it. Comfortable traditional b&b. Had all I required, and was impeccably clean. No pool, no jacuzzi, so be realistic for what you're paying! Owners make it exceptional.

Dawn and Dave were fantastic hosts, along with Judith. They could not do enough for us. The breakfast was tasty. On the Sunday, we had a 10k race, and a bacon sandwich was made for us before we ran outside of normal breakfast hours. It is a lot quieter than other hotels we have stayed in in Blackpool too. You can still hear the seagulls and people shouting at night, but not enough to take away from the enjoyment of the place. A fan was provided which was a god send, as when we stayed it was very warm. The only feedback I would give is the proximity of the fixed extension lead being close to the sink. It would have been nice to have a bedside table both sides, or a shelf style thing, as well as a phone charger socket. I still want to give a 10, as the hosts were awesome.

We had a great couple of nights stay at The Delamere Hotel, our twin room was very comfortable. Landlady Dawn was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for her. Our breakfast was very good on both days with plenty of choice.

Dawn was so lovely and accommodating after a cock up with Booking.com She couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could be . There was a terrible smell in the entrance and dining room . Not sure what it was cats ? It was quite overwhelming Thankfully air fresheners in our bedroom. So sorry to say this but it has put us off staying again

Friendly owners who made sure you had everything you needed. Rooms were comfy and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty and personalised to what you wanted. Location was perfect, just behind the tower. Great value for money and we are definitely going back! There's nothing we didnt like!
