The owner Tash is lovely, super helpful. The room was bigger than expected and had a mini-fridge which was a bonus. Bed was comfy, everything was clean, and all a 5 minutes walk walk from the Winter Gardens. Nothing. This was an excellent stay!

The location was very central to all we wanted to see , the price was very reasonable, the staff were really lovely and warm , the bed was very comfortable I think the hotel was a little tired in parts but chatting to the owner they explained that they are in the process of refreshing the rooms and front of building

Really enjoyable stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The hotel was spotless and is perfectly located. Tash and Jay are lovely hosts, really kind and welcoming. Great breakfast too There was nothing to dislike, highly recommended.

Location was good Price was good especially if only got a certain budget Room size good Deco tidy furniture ok carpets ok Could comment on breakfast didnt eat at b&b It did ok for 2 night would not stay longer Its not we didnt like but improvements need doing due to Shower not efficient either freezing cold or scorching hot Toilet not flushing well Taps old rusty dripping Needed deep clean room musty Mattress was clean but not good springs gone on one side windows and sills dirty in need of a clean Stairs needed good hoover outside needs full tidy up made it a very bad first impression Probably would not go again to this B&B Understand difficulty of cost of up keep especially as Blackpool lost so much trade
