Myself and my daughter of 11 stayed here staff were so friendly and it was a perfect location for what we stayed for. Nothing.

Breakfast was very nice and staff were efficient and friendly Location not far from everything we needed. Pa Parts of the hotel in need of minor repairs, did see evidence of this going on,it all takes time and money, given the prices being charged it will take time !

Staff excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast and nice dining room. Great location and will definitely stay again. Shower could have been better trickled and could have done with a new shower curtain.

Friendly staff Steps to lift,lift was temperamental in need of a referb in the room

Breakfast was really good what spoiled it for us was the room it wasn’t good the place looked like it is in desperate need for a makeover. The bathroom wasn’t great either I could only just use the toilet because it’s a necessity we could not get in the shower. The windows looked like they were cracked around the window frame and you could see the foam that you fill to help with the mistakes you e made. The ceiling was full of holes and one of the roof tiles was lifting up with wind blowing. The room lets the hotel down in my opinion.

Staff were very friendly, great location, excellent value for money. Lovely big room with comfortable beds. Good breakfast for the overall price. We had a family room which was great in size but there was no bedside light for where the double bed was so either had to rely on bedside lamps (which did not give off enough light)from otherside of room as the ceiling light was far to bright to have on. Also chairs in riom were nit comfortable, would have been nice to have a bedside table next to the double bed. Also a bit misleading about parking under impression that it was included when booking but parking was reasonably priced and didnt mind as our stay was good value.

Warm welcoming staff. Good bar, pool table and dartboard. Good breakfast. Fantastic location.

Lovely property

Location, carpark on site and Breakfast staff were nice. Rooms need done up. Room was full of dampness. Bathroom sink tap needing sorted. Spring in bed. Been here afew times but has went down in my expectations.

Breakfast was good, location was good, Bedroom furniture looked very tired ie edging strips missing

The staff were very friendly. Rooms were adequate. Communication on lack of disabled access was provided. The building has been adapted for disabled guests however some mobility is required as there are steps to the lift. On that basis I could not stay again.

An excellent cooked English breakfast & served most efficiently by the waiting staff. My bedroom was comfortable & clean but it could have done with some wall decorating in places. Great staff, only they said they would contact me by phone/text about an enquiry I made regarding future accommodation, but they never did.

we booked this hotel good location, but on arrival inside was run down and grubby looking, we couldn't stay so we got another hotel this hotel is needing a good clean and redecorating
