I loved how amazing Helen was, loved chatting to her and when some plates were missing she got us some and extra towels plus she let us keep our suitcases in the lounge till it was time to check in the suite. The suite itself was fantastic everything in place my sister, mum and my best friend loved the place as it has Netflix on the tv lol but overall great room plus the shower was amazing N/a it should be rating 10

Absolutely nothing Hotel absolutely disgusting should be closed down ,no staff on site. Speak to ring door bell. Everything in this hotel is filthy and broke. Dont waste money

Great location! Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. What you pay for. Hotel itself could do with a bit of tlc didn’t effect our stay Rooms were clean and bed comfortable! Thank you so much for accommodating us all. Nothing I didn’t like just could do with a bit of tlc

The location was spot on, within walking distance to everything you need. The one member of staff was pleasant and gave us a good welcome. The entire hotel is very run down. The carpets are dirty, the sheets were dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. Our room had a strong smell of urine and smoke. Showers were interesting, either boiling hot or freeing cold. I would say we got what we paid for but I have experienced cleaner hostels than this for less money.

Location This hotel is disgusting, no clean towels daily. No hairdryers working. Shower with no thermostat. Ceilings caving in. No staff on hand other than ring door bell. Dirty bedding,broken furniture. Public areas not cleaned. Sockets not attached to wall properly. This place has a cheek to take money from anyone, run down that much place should be shut down. Was in room 1 first night then to room 17 for remainder of stay The place is sickening which I have also reported to blackpool council health and safety. No family or person should need to stay in these conditions

Location Smelt damp and fusty Bedroom doors and window wouldn’t close Whole place needs some tlc Couldn’t check in early so male member of staff said he would put bags somewhere safe, when we returned at 2.50 bags we’re still left in communal area! Couldn’t get into room until 3.30! Couldn’t find any staff, took a long time for them to answer buzzer.

The staff were incredibly nice. Very welcoming and friendly Sheets and bed were abit uncomfortable but manageable

The suite was newly done up, well maintained and great value. Staff were also lovely Only minor things - the stairs down to the suite were a little iffy when having kids and luggage, door lock was a little tricky. I would suggest a better extractor fan for the bathroom but None of these really affected our stay and are minor flaws and one of us has plans to go back next year already!
