Everything the location is brilliant .. Stayed here a few times and the staff are really good. Room I had has had a bit of a make over will stop here again. Nothing

The area was perfect had loads of different food places pubs and arcades It was very dated and needs a bit of fixing up also it should be an option for no house keeping as was a bit invasive

The staff were all amazing and friendly, especially Dorothy! Who was amazing to me, my husband and toddler! Our room was nice, the beds were comfy, we had everything we needed, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning! It is a little outdated and could do with being modernised etc but it didn’t affect the use of anything!

Not very much. The rooms were tiny beds uncomfy old and dated, staff were horrendous to deal with one actually chasing us upstairs to make sure we were staying in the hotel after having a drink at the bar Place absolutely stunk of stale mould

The staff are so friendly .we found the hotel great location and the staff and management are very friendly and approachable. The management are working hard to bring the hotel up to great standards8

The staff were very pleasant and the location was excellent the bedding was very clean One of the rooms was awful it had a really bad smell this room was changed but the other room was passable but the bathroom was really really small and the shower had paint falling off the walls the windowsills were very worn so the noise was terrible from the bar below
