Premier Hotel Anta Boga

The hotel had multiple issues, the air conditioning was malfunctioning a couple of times, the bed inner was dirty with stains since first night, the balcony was so dirty you could tell it has not been cleaned in a while with a bad smell the moment you step into it, the back gate was not operational and we had to call the admin every time we come into the property to let us in. They do not have swimming pool, you can’t swim or anything in that pool yet they say they have swimming pool, the bar they have there have no stock, overall it was more like a self catering room than a hotel

The heating in the room was periodically not suitable.

I was staying on the ground floor, the door opening on a balcony could not lock. The lady at reception was pretty rude and upset because I asked for another room refusing the sleep in a room where the door cannot lock. All the time it look like she was doing me a massive favour to accommodate me in another room.

NOTHING NOT NOTIFIED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL THAT WE WERE TRANSFERED TO ANOTHER HOTEL, DUE TO WATER SHORTAGES AND ON ARRIVAL AT THE PREMIER HOTEL FROM 5 STAR TO 3 STAR, REFUSED THE ALTERNATIVE AS IT WAS NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR AND HAD TO FINE ALTERNATIVE ACCOMODATION THAT WAS SUITABLE, REQUEST A FULL REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT RECEIVED BUT PAID FOR

Check in was smooth and welcoming. The room was quite sizable and enough for us, plus comforting. The Breakfast was not pleasant at all. It can be quite frustrating when one has to repeatedly call the reception to request that the gate at the back be opened when exiting the premises. This inconvenience can disrupt one's schedule and cause unnecessary delays. The repeated need to make these calls can lead to feelings of annoyance and impatience, especially if the response from the reception is not prompt. Over time, this issue can become a significant source of frustration for those who frequently need to use the back gate.

Very old & outdated grading and certainly not worth 5* rating The bathroom needs an upgrade or at least a very good clean & The same goes for the very thick carpets thru-out Bathrooms and carpets have not been deep cleaned for a very long time

Old bedding & towels. Noisy guests, very loud. This went on well past midnight and no one from the hotel thought to put a stop his behaviour.

Very nice hotel but guys please....REPLACE YOUR TOWELS! It is bad. I booked 2 rooms and the other room complaint was the same...the towels!

The general staff was friendly. The Wi-fi was weak to non existent, and the manager was very unfriendly.

When we arrived at the hotel, we mentioned to the receptionist that there’s a high possibility that we would extend our stay but we can only confirm in the morning, we called the reception around 7am to notify them that we would be staying another day, they said they would be moving us to another executive room similar to the one we were in, we mentioned that we would still love to stay in the same room but they mentioned that somebody had insisted on that particular room so we moved out, upon us arriving in the other “executive room”, we realized it gave nothing similar to the previous one we were in and we asked how come the rooms are classified as executive yet they don’t offer same amenities and experiences, the receptionist was so rude to my husband, instead of trying to reason with us as to why the rooms are so different yet the pricing is the same, she basically just said to us we should take the room or leave.
