They allowed other guests to party until late at night, we could not sleep. The breakfast team also cooked breakfast without having functioning extractor fans, we could hardly breathe and smelled like bacon for the rest of the day. The price also doubled when I arrived from when I booked and was told I needed to pay the higher amount.

Clean good room. WiFi excellent. Good breakfast. Super friendly staff. It’s a bit older and the doors slam - easy fix.

Our room was comfortable and when a bar fridge was needed it was brought to us. The Elderly gentleman as porter is wonderful and so helpful, he even polished my shoes. Reception staff are very friendly and so the restaurant staff. Breakfast is also very good. We appreciated everything of our stay and felt welcome during the stay for check in to check out. It is all well, only thought it is quite expensive as we stay in many hotels with same standard at cheaper rates.

It's really well located, and the staff are fantastic.

Breakfast was good - although the Bacon was tough and over cooked. Although I feel the breakfast is too expensive Room - the room feels very basic and old and the pillows are lumpy and not of good quality at all. The price you pay to stay there is not worth it Noise - there were children running up and down the corridors late at night and no staff did anything to make the environment quiet.

Breakfast was very good and surpassed our expectations. My family, including my 7-year-old, liked it very much. Dinner was also very good and met our expectations. Kudos to the lady who served us dinner The towels on the second day were not as nice as the ones on the first day. Additionally, the shower gel in the showers was finished and was not replaced.
