Au 16 Place Saint Louis

Location, beautiful property. Would benefit from a fan to distribute the cool air from the ac. ( we were on the top floor)

The location was perfectly situated to visit the old historic sights and the castle. We walked everywhere. The home was updated, well decorated and very comfortable. Everything available for a few meals at home and close enough to the store for supplies. The rose and flower lined courtyard was a delight to enjoy dinner in the cooler evenings and the neighborhood couldn't have been cleaner or safer. Will definately return!

The decor is delightfully elegant with soft furnishings and beautiful objects and artworks. Breakfast was exceptional with homemade yogurt, preserves, and mimi-muffins. Croissants and fresh bread straight from the bakers were delicious. Our hostess was welcoming and so helpful.

Breakfast was amazing! Great coffee too! Good selection of foods to enjoy. Our hostess was extremely friendly and very helpful with directions to downtown and good restaurants. Our friends said they had a great bed but ours was a bit uncomfortable for me.

This is a beautiful, well equipped apartment directly across the street from St. Luis cathedral, so the view is amazing. The host was so friendly and welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer. The downstairs bed was very firm.

An absolutely charming hotel conveniently located in the center of Blois. The hotel is right across from the Cathédrale Saint-Louis with its iris and rose gardens, and just uphill from Blois's restaurants and bars. There is a parking lot right across the street. We were warmly welcomed to the hotel. Our room was beautiful and cozy and we also enjoyed the shared outdoor courtyard. Perhaps the highlight of our stay here was the generous breakfast, with house-made yogurt and jams, local breads and cheeses, fresh orange juice, etc. I highly recommend. N/A

Very spacious, with modern appliances and fixtures. Big windows looking out on a beautiful garden, comfortable beds, lovely host.

A grand maison with the feel of a welcoming family abode. Our host was charming and efficient. We were in the attic room which was well-appointed, warm (on a foggy November night) and offered a view of the cathedral and of the Loire beyond. We enjoyed a typical French breakfast served in the dining room. Nothing springs to mind

Central location. Parking across the street is free from 6pm to 9am. Very good and abondant breakfast. Welcoming landlady. Generous size bedroom and bathroom. Nothing was wrong.

This is a beautiful walk up to the top floor of a building overlooking the cathedral. There is an easy walking path going directly into town and the blois Château. It’s a walk up and while we had no problem because we left our heavy suitcases in the car across the street, It may pose an issue for others. The breakfast was basic and beautifully set. We walked to the Château in the early evening to see the show. However, it was desolate and felt a bit unsafe on the way home so we took an Uber, which was $25 for a short distance.

Cozy place run by the family, perfectly located. Not about place itself, but can’t pay for parking across the street nor by card nor by cash. Had to leave text note for parking checkers, thank you Armellie for the help :)

Armelle, the host, was very friendly and available, and gave great recommendations; delicious breakfast made with local produce was served every morning; very comfortable bed and quality linen.

We loved the 16 Place Saint Louis hotel in Blois. The room was very comfortable and well equipped, everything worked, we slept well, it was very quiet, close to many city centre restaurants, etc., and the breakfast was superb! The steep walk down and climb back up the hill leading down to the city centre - but that is hardly the hotel's fault!
