The had hot breakfast each morning which was delicious.

very good breakfast Ice machine on our floor did not work . Ice machine by the lobby was empty , had to use the one on the 4th floor .

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner (behind the toilet) and the knob plate in the shower looked very bad. The ceiling needed to be cleaned above the air conditioner and over the beds. But the floors and carpets were clean and the beds were fine.The staff was really great and gave us a nice quiet room on the 4th floor which we asked for. The breakfast was also very good. Parking was fine.

Pillows were incredibly flat which gave me migraines each morning, but otherwise it was ok.

It was OK, a little smaller than most rooms. But, pretty good. When we left very early about 4:00 AM there was someone not sure why in a smaller car a male who also had a another car waiting for him and suddenly took off when we left the parking lot. I mentioned this because I feel the hotel needs better security at night in its back parking lots!! That person seemed to be maybe trying out open cars and possibly stealing cars??

Good service upon arrival I did ask for a handicap room and did not get one, I was a little disappointed in that.

The elevator floor was very dirty with mud. The hot tub water was dirty and not clear.

Good location, friendly staff, good variety of breakfast options, room could use a deep clean.

The location is good. The hot tub wasn’t working again. Sometimes the toilet doesn’t flush properly.

Good breakfast. Lots of small problems in our room. No drain stopper for the tub. Shower curtain rod broken. Bathroom door hard to pull open and shut. Room smelled damp.

Our room was very spacious and you could smell the cleanliness of it after immediately walking in. We loved the breakfast selection (specifically the sausage gravy with biscuits, the potatoes, and the flavor variety of bagels). The hot tub was very cloudy and appeared as though it needed to be treated. The smoking area needs to be further away from the main entrance.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Loud ...lots of hallway noise
