Best Western Bloomington Edina - Minneapolis

Looked, felt, and smelled clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was amazing!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast like AMAZING. Hot tub not so good as long as you don't go specifically for the hot tub you will like this hotel.

Overall, a wonderful night’s rest from a long, long day.

I was more than a little surprised with our stay here. Everything worked. We used our GPS to quickly find the place conveniently off highway 494. A nice Denny’s was within close walking distance. There was a series of charging stations available for Tesla lovers. The included breakfast opened early, was well stocked and a pleasure to make use of. Plan to return soon.

Also, the pool and hottub area was downright disgusting. The hottub wasn’t even warm at all and our kids found tons of hair in the pool. It looked like it had not been maintained. Overall quite disappointing, and don’t feel like we should have paid for services that were not provided.

Older property. Needs some updates, but comfortable

The staff was very friendly and my check-in was smooth. The room I was assigned to was right next to the gym, and I barely had wifi access for my 2-night stay. I would like to have it reinforced in the area. I was not happy about that. The door to outside access was working when you are entering, but somehow I was not able to get out of the door. (room key access pad was only available from outside but not from the inside) Overall, it was good stay.

Overall, the hotel met expectations for its purpose as a quick place to sleep after a day of travel. The room was clean and comfortable, The biggest con was the brightly illuminated car lot next door, which reminded me of a football stadium on gameday after dark. However, blackout curtains in the room largely mitigated this problem and I was able to sleep peacefully. The continental breakfast was good and staff were friendly, so definitely a good place to rest if you're looking to save money on a room!

It was a very clean room , the beds were comfortable. The area was clean.

The front desk was excellent upon arrival. Young man helped both my sister in law & myself at same time checking us both in promptly & effortlessly. We also had no remote in the room he brought one up immediately. He also, brought towels to pool area as it was very busy. I love excellent customer service!

Superb

Staff were super sweet. Breakfast was very nice! Smelled a bit like weed in the hallways but the rooms were fine! The beds were a bit “springy” as in you could feel the springs sort of. Pillows were awesome!

Was a very nice stay for the price. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Nice and curteous staff and Good location and easy access.

Unfortunately I didn’t eat the breakfast the tone is too early at less end the breakfast 10:30. The location is great we were close to everything. I loved the location Parking a lot. It’s hard to find parking.
