I enjoyed my stay here. Thanks!

They have an indoor pool and hot tub but was under maintenance when I stayed. Didn’t mention that on the website for booking so my toddler wasn’t able to swim like she anticipated. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good but missing some things like butter, waffle batter. Was disappointed hot tub not working - but also know from experience that's not unusual. Very convenient location, All staff very pleasant. Room/ bed comfortable.

Helpful staff. Clean facilities. Good breakfast.

First room there was a dead roach where iron goes then they moved us to another room and found a roach crawling in bathroom

The front desk man was rude and the incidentals hold was too high and not returned in a timely manner.

Me and my dad reserved this room for my daughters to go to Mall of America three weeks ahead of our arrival date. When we arrived the staff informed us that they couldn’t find our reservation due to the hotel being under renovation and that we were supposed to be notified that the hotel is not going through Travelocity but we weren’t ever notified. We did end up staying there as they were able to book us two rooms with the price we reserved it for after we complained and because we drove so far and did not want to go hunting down for other hotels. We stayed for week and the service was just poor as we requested for our rooms to be cleaned, but we found out they never got cleaned when we got back from our outings. Also, when we requested for stuff like towels or toilet paper, the staff said they would have the housekeeping send it up but they never did. We had to complain to the housekeeping manager in order for our rooms to finally get cleaned. Also, we could not enjoy the pool because it was out of service for two days and when it was open for a day a pool light was detached inside and they allowed for people to swim in it. The breakfast was okay and they do offer some decent food items such as sausages, eggs, potatoes, and bagels but the waffle mix would always run out. Overall, our stay was okay to atleast sleep and shower but the staff/housekeeping service and renovation is just really throwing off this hotel.

We have stayed at this location multiple times without issue. This visit was very disappointing. The room needed some serious cleaning and maintenance. Breakfast was a disappointment. No butter for the toast or bagels and no waffle mix. We were told that the supplier forgot to deliver those 2 items . One would think someone could have gone to Sam’s Club or Costco and purchased them rather than the customers going without. We won’t be returning .

Good parking clean hotel. Only bad thing is didn't have milk or waffle mix at breakfast .said they ran out.

Pool not available. Excessive amounts of bus fulls of kids

This property is in the middle of something. The name says la Quinta but its the Bloom. The Netflix did not work: pool was unavailable half of our trip: no laundry soap available to buy for machines: breakfast was ok but they ran out of lots of options. Microwaves and mini fridges are ok. AC didn't work in 1 of my rooms. Housing keeping is request only. Also the bathrooms are dingy the walls are dirty. There is 1 gentleman at the front desk who was plesant and everyone else barley paid attention to the guests. Always on the phone while at the desk is crazy. I would not be returning considering everything I booked for was unacceptable.

Decent hotel, just old. Needs updates. Room had a musty smell.

Booked a room and when we got there was told we didn't have. Was told they weren't excepting reservations from online sites and they were all full. Cause of the busy weekend, it took us hours to find another hotel that had rooms for the weekend. Also the pool and hot tub were down for remodeling.
-
We got a very good rate for the 10 nights we stayed because the pool and hot tub were closed for remodeling but we didn’t need either so that was fine. The breakfasts were excellent, the location was convenient to all we needed. They were also working on the Wi-Fi so we didn’t have that but we have internet on our phones and really didn’t need it. The staff was very helpful, parking was great. It was quiet on our floor and ice was close.

A lot of parking spaces. Staff is ok. Air conditioning working well. We stayed there for 3 days but there was no room cleaning at all.

If you dont care about all that and just need a bed to sleep okay go for it. But me I want to wake up to a clean place rather then a disgusting broken down place.. HEADS UP: there website says smoking free area or policy. But the hotel smell like complete cigarettes. I woke up smelling cigarettes. Surprised that the smoke detector didnt get that. This place is a mess. They said they will refund me my money if I called the 3rd party. but they lied. Expedia call the hotel I stayed at and said they will not agree to the refund. So customers you are warned with the experiences I been through. Look at Google review for evidence of how bad it is.

The bathroom did not have a fan or some sort of ventilation, so after a while, the room started to smell like humidity. The breakfast was continental, so they give you the most basic breakfast items. I will not be coming back to that hotel.

Room keys did not work and we went downstairs three times before they finally came upstairs and let us into our room. Then in the morning we left the room to look at the breakfast and could not get back into our room. Was advised that the $100 was only a deposit but it was taken out of my bank account immediately. Was also advised that it would be returned but it was not. Picture frame was broken on wall when we arrived. We simply checked in, slept in the bed, and dad was all.
