Procedures and terms not good

It was very nice of them to have the pool water warmer than my shower. I was able to use the pool as a bathtub and get the grease and grime off me. Worked great so thank you! Took the check in lady 20 minutes to even acknowledge me as she was on a phone and going back and forth to the office. She did such a great job too, as she was very attractive and talked so soft I had to lean way over the counter to get closer to her to hear her. Such a great stay.

Had to move into another room because the blackout curtain was missing from one of the windows. Breakfast is now $10 a person plus tax!!! What is that all about?? Saw families go to have breakfast and then find out they would have to pay. Just not a great experience.

Very nice hotel for vacationing, located close to a lot of stores and places to visit. Clean and comfortable, has a mini bar/restaurant on the main floor. Breakfast is not included in the hotel stay so plan to pay for the available breakfast. Staff were attentive and friendly.

I felt very comfortable at this property. It was a bit dated but the staff made up for it.

Worked great for our quick stop to rest.

This hotel was very nice and quiet and easy parking and close to shopping and dining. Very nice and we will stay there again. The staff overall was helpful. The main manager wasn't that friendly, but she was helpful, but her subordinate was both.

No free breakfast.

Friendly professional staff!

It was clean It was nice no real issues

I have yet to find a hotel that has bright enough lights for applying makeup. This hotel didn’t have a complimentary breakfast. It cost $10 per person, the potatoes were cold, but the scrambled eggs, sausage links, and bacon were better than many others. I would stay there again if the occasion arose and bring my own makeup mirror.

The hotel room was clean and, most importantly, well air conditioned. The hotel seemed understaffed. No was was at reception when I arrived or departed.

Check-in at 5pm on a Thursday was difficult due to no staff being present other than in the bar corner. The entire stay, front desk staff seemed to stay in a small office, or the morning front desk staff person (just one) doubled as the breakfast attendant. The King suite with sleeper sofa was extremely small, including the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty, poor water pressure for the sink and toilet, and the shower door handle was so loose it became unusable by the end of my 4 night stay. The vanity and shower were visibly crusted with brown dirt, hair, and dust. The pillows, mattress, and bedding were just terrible - ZERO comfort. The pillows are flat. The mattress is thin and flat. The bedding was very cheap and not cozy at all. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. The A/C in the main area of the 1st floor was also out of order my entire stay, making the lobby/bar/eating/work area mostly unusable, even with the portable units. Two of the three portable units were not properly exhausted out of the building, which led me to not staying in the lobby very long due to safety concerns. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Just an overall bad hotel and not worth the money.

Shower was difficult for kids

Relaxing environment for drinks and dinner. The bed mattress and bedding material were not comfortable for me.

Nice, big room. Very clean. Convenient location. Excellent bar staff and our food was delicious!

The cleanliness of the lobby and bar area. I love the fact that they have a kitchen that still provides full meals to the patrons staying at the hotel. Very convenient. My shower door wouldn’t remain closed my fiancé and I had to place a face towel in between the glass shower doors to keep the main door from opening while showering. The microwave wouldn’t heat the food at all! I set the heating time between the ranges of 1 minute and up to 10 mins and my food remained cold. We arrived at the hotel on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. Not one time did housekeeping clean our room! Not once. We understood that housekeeping are there on certain days, but when we left our room to do some shopping, housekeeping was cleaning rooms on our floor. We didn’t leave the DND sign on the door so that the room could be cleaned. Upon our return it was the same as when we left. We spoke with the third shift clerk and she said that she would let the manager know. The manager was told the exact issues I explained to the clerk on third shift, yet she only offered an apology. No discount or comp points for the inconvenience. Very disappointing, especially being a Hilton Rewards Member. Just because I used the Booking.com website to schedule the hotel doesn’t mean that the room and service shouldn’t be the same treatment.
