The staff is super friendly, the beds are comfortable as well as the pillows. The breakfast is good too, easy access, the pool and spa are great!

I was greeted by Terry who works with maintenance staff . He was kind, professional recommend what food to get. Excellent Customer Service skills. Then later I had dinner sat at the bar Martin was outstanding . Great experience!

The staff was great. Rooms need a little refreshing. The breakfast selections were varied, but things tasted like they had been sitting in the dishes for a while. Other restaurant selections were very limited. Also we found it challenging to get to the location.

The room carpet was filthy and stained and had an odor. There was damage to the ceiling if I had to guess some type of water damage. There was hair in my towels. I cleaned the room and more dirt was lifted. One elevator worked the entire stay. If we have to pay 8.99 for breakfast there should have been better options. Breakfast was really disappointing and disgusting. The lady in the breakfast room would pick and choose on whose tickets to take. Staff extremely rude except for Gabriella she was very nice.

Everything was good , expect the bathroom was small . That pretty much it . Overall everything is good , bed we’re comfy and the pillow too

From start to end. We arrived at 1pm for an early check in. I spoke with the general manager the day beforehand to receive the okay to check in early. We were in an agreement, that we could check in early. At arrival, front desk explained that they don’t do that, there are absolutely no rooms available , and big booking the night beforehand. So maids are behind. We , explained the confusion to the front desk and didn’t understand why we were given the okay to check in early. She did not have much to say and just kept stating , “ 3pm check in time there will be a room”. We went back to our car with all of our luggage, that we had just unloaded. Called and asked if there was really nothing they could do and they stated there wasn’t. I said can you check with the maids of where they are at on rooms or what room number were assigned at and on there list. She proceeded to say she is unable. As they don’t assign room until you’re checking in and getting your keys. (There are only a few suites). My husband then went in and explained our frustrations as this was pre-arranged and we had a concert to attend. We still had to get ready , arrive earlier than concert start time, and still uber to the venue. The lady said , she could move it 2:30 for check in and we were compliant with the plan. We go in at 2:45pm. STILL not ready. At this point, we were offered no information whatsoever. Long story short we didn’t receive our room until 4:20.

The breakfast was awesome. The staff were accommodating to every request. The spread was substantial and well presented. There ambiance was pleasant with various options for seating. There were also adequate TV screens which allowed visibility from any seat in the restaurant. I had a great experience

Upon check in the reception staff provided us with free breakfast vouchers unexpectedly for no apparent reason. Greatly appreciated.
