DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis Airport, MN

Toilet made loud noises when flushed, bathtub was very worn, very dirty frame under sides of mattress, poor selection of local tv channels.

Booked two rooms. One bed in one room had a stain on it. In other room there was some sort of bug crawling on top of the bedding. Older property. But convenient if flying out of MSP

Staff was very friendly.

We were able to check in early with no problem. Ice machine was broken on our floor but the restaurant happily gave us what we needed. Love the cookies!!!

Easy parking, great location.

I booked a two bed room online but when I got there only single bed rooms were available. However the staff was very nice and brought a roll away bed to the room

Overall, it was pretty clean, but the pillows smelled like they put clean linens on old, overly used pillows. The cleaning staff is too loud and talkative and slams doors before 8:00 AM and woke us up every day. The on-site restaurant is very over-priced, but the waitstaff is very pleasant. We checked out the pool, but didn't see a locker room and many people paraded through the halls wearing their swimsuits, so . . . And what makes it really bad is that the hotel is also a convention center, so you have that activity with people walking by, dripping wet, in swimsuits, wrapped in towels. It was just alright, but we won't stay there again. Not enough handicapped parking spaces.

The hotel gets a lot of use so close to the airport and it shows a bit but the staff is excellent and very helpful.

Open and inviting Lobby area with coffee shop. Close to mall and they have a shuttle to the mall as well. Very nice restaurant. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Nice room. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing a bit odd was the elevators seem old and out of place for this nice hotel.

Great stay at the Doubletree, wonderfully pleasant people at the desk and Bistro.

Good hotel however they did not give us what we paid for. We paid for two double beds and they gave us a king, friendly staff, and helpful cool people, though love that there is a shuttle to the mall of America.

Nice room, conveniently located. Would stay again!

Honestly everything about the stay was great

Stayed one night for a family event. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Clean room fast transportation to airport

Not the cleanest; but I've seen worse. It's ridiculous they don't even give free coffee here - you have to buy it from their coffee shop. There are many other hotels in the area that are nicer; so we most likely won't return here.

Hotel staff was great, hotel was clean, plenty of parking and there is a little restaurant. Right across from ikea and a short walk to the mall
