Staff was kind and helpful. Facilities were spotless. Bed was very comfortable.
-
Loved everything but was expecting a hot tub
-
Exceptionally clean. Friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. I had to stay there because my flight was delayed adding one more night to my time in Minneapolis, so it would have been nice to have a store of some sort to purchase basic items. But the room was great - the bed extremely comfortable. I had to wait a while to get hot water, but it came and I had a good shower. It is close to the airport, which is what I needed, but that also means you have to put up with jet noise.

Had that “damp room” and elevator seemed run down. One elevator was broken too.

Our check in on Friday July 31st was a little bumpy. The computers were all down and the lobby was full of guests. We left for dinner and when we returned, they were forming a line and handing out warm cookies. They had figured out how to do everything manually which was slow but effective. The front desk did such a great job at keeping people informed and helping in any way they could. By the time we were in line people were visiting with one another they passed out some paper forms for parking so we could fill those out before getting to the desk, which saved some time. There were only 3 people manning the front desk, maybe a 4th one called in to try to fix the computers, and they were scrambling to take care of guests the best they could while maintaining friendly smiles and listening to concerns. We were very impressed by the way it was handled.

location to airport room was not on main building, looked like it was an addon, needs upgrade

Good hotel and the customer service was great!

Very good

The rooms were very nice. The common areas could be updated a bit.

When checking in it would be nice to have a line up here sign. We kept getting skipped. We appreciate having a nightstand on each side of the bed, but one side had no outlet to plug in phone charger.

DO NOT stay here! This was hands-down the worst hotel experience I have ever had, showing a complete breakdown of housekeeping, maintenance, and basic guest safety. *Live Pests: Found multiple spiders inside the room. *Slip Hazard: Frayed carpet edge at the entryway and uncleaned greasy residue left on the floor caused me to slip twice. *Leaks & Moisture Damage: The bathroom fan was inoperable, causing extreme condensation that dripped down the headboard right above where I slept, streamed down artwork, and fogged the room. There was an active plumbing leak under the vanity pooling dark brown liquid, plus wall discoloration and water damage under the HVAC intake pointing to potential mold growth. *Filthy Air & Neglected Maintenance: The HVAC intake was caked in thick, heavy dust. The tub drain wouldn't clear water properly, the tub lining was peeling, and sloppy paint splatters were left across the bathroom floor and shower curtain. Renting a room with active plumbing leaks, potential mold risks, safety hazards, and live pests is completely unacceptable. Management needs to address these severe health and safety violations immediately.

Staff was very pleasant Shower had minimal water pressure. Needed to be against the wall under the shower head to wash. 3 lights not working in room
-
Also, there was some kind of event in the courtyard that went loud and late, with music blasting that woke me up at 3am.
-
Overall hygiene standards need to be improved.

Great staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the airport shuttle were all top notch. Across the street from the Mall of America made for an easy walk and shopping within minutes.
-
This hotel is HUGE!! It is also very clean. The bathroom was stocked with towels. I did not have to call & ask for extra towels which is great. It’s located exactly across the street from Mall of America. You can walk but the free shuttle buses are readily available. It’s also located near the airport and yes the shuttle buses are available. I only stayed one night because our flight was canceled. I highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay there again.

The beds & Pillows were so comfortable (had nothing to do with being exhausted amd stressed) the pillows were awesome. The air conditioner however was louder than my grandfathers snoring... How could Hilton allow this room to be rented out due to the loud clunky 1970s air conditioner. It does not match up to Hilton's standards. The air conditioner woke me up constantly. The hotel is old and the layout is confusing. It was difficult to find our rooms as they layout and hallway maps were not easy to read. Yes I was tired and yes English is my primary language, but considerable timr was wasted finding B236 in the hotel. The Cookies were delicious.

Had to wait a while to check in late night but a nice woman who has been working there for some time gave me cookies while i waited. It appeared they were understaffed but working hard to maintain the Hilton tradition. And i might add they got a lot of patrons from MSP whose flights were cancelled that night.
