They should have separate sink inside the washroom

The room and establishment were good. We were a little unfamiliar with this establishment, and when we first arrived, we were confused about the check-in procedure. After we finally got settled, the place was a lot of fun, and the kids really enjoyed it. It was very pricey, though.

I had a very hard time with the wristbands they continue to have issues opening and closing the doors of our hotel rooms therefore making entering and exiting very frustrating and having to continually go up and down the elevator to the front desk to stand in line again for our door keys just to work I had to go down at least a handful of times if not more just for our room keys to work, and then when asked if we could have more towels or pillows or blankets it was always a hassle and took way too long if there was any pillows left I have a bad back and forgot my and had asked multiple days for extra pillow mind you only two I had asked for I wouldn't go back again.

Your kids will love the experience, even my one year old toddler enjoyed the pool and it was always a fight to get them out of it. They enjoyed it so much. As an adult I enjoyed all the amenities too, there was really no need to explore other places as the kids had so much fun just staying at the hotel.

The only downside was that the pool closed at 8 pm, wish it was 9 like so many others. But overall, great!

They people working were amazing. Our hotel room wasn’t the best. Toilet wouldn’t flush at times, the carpet could have been redone and it had seen it better days and then our hideaway bed was broken. The pool and game room wasn’t amazing.
