MainStay Suites MSP Airport - Mall of America

Good property to stay at before leaving at the end of vacation. The airport shuttle was a very nice plus in staying there.

Not clean old buildings

Needs update . AC started on fire. Did not recieve refund.

Location Not clean at all, saw bugs in bathroom, paper towels empty, fire alarm going off when we came in the room

Would not book again! Paid for the mainstay which were hard wood floors and upgraded rooms and was given the comfort inn room because they over booked the hotel. Refused to give a discount for the downgraded room due to their over booking. Carpet in room was sticky, white substance all over desk chair, bathroom filthy with a lot of dust and dirt build up. Would not recommend to anyone I remotely like. Stayed with family and both had issues with their rooms, broken toilets, fridges didn’t work, ect. Save your money and choose a different hotel.

Perfect price for the weekend trip.

The night of June 19th, when my flight got canceled in the late evening, the gentleman running the check in desk was so helpful. He assured me that everything would be alright, got me settled into my room quickly, and was so happy

Dingy property. Should have paid 20 more and stayed about anywhere else. For 1 night it wasn't worth looking for another hotel. Would not recommend

2: Room was somewhat less than clean; debris on the floor under the table, hair & dust etc behind the bathroom door. 3: What looked like a permanent stain on the hand towel. 4: Coffee maker was broken & took more than a day to get it replaced. 5: Almost constant running water sound-like from a toilet that's trying to refill. 6: A dirty, muddy stain on the floor by the bed. 7: The care tags on the bedding were up at the top-not at the bottom where they should be. I know that sounds picky but it speaks to the overall care that goes into the upkeep & maintenance of the rooms.

The airport shuttle was good. Staff was very friendly. I left my medians they are holding it until I return.
