Baymont by Wyndham Bloomington MSP Airport

Staff was polite and helpful. Good location, but currently a lot of construction next door. Probably wouldn't stay again, but it was fine.

Our room didn’t have a smoke detector. The wiring was hanging out the wall. The hot tub needs maintenance. The staff was great. It smelled in the hallways but the room was clean.

The hotel is clean and improving. However, it is dated and worn.

Arrive at 3 am due to a late flight and was in our room within 5 minutes. Clean and quiet. Would stay again.

Check in at about 4 o’clock was exceptional. The gentleman answered all questions gave me good advice got my room set up. Everything was great. I was expecting the rest of my family to arrive at 11:30 at night. Had arranged for this in advance. The night staff was just the opposite of the afternoon staff. Wouldn’t let my son into the hotel through the glass door. Wouldn’t give him the key that was explicitly requested on the sign in. Had to call me at 11 o’clock at night to verify not what we requested. We would not go back.

There was no fridge in our room and it was listed on my reservation staff was not helpful with making it right. I will not return here ever again. It was terrible. And there was construction inhibiting our entry to the parking lot

What you see for the rooms is not accurate. Breakfast is waffles, yogurt and other carbs. Hotel uses very strong chemicals to clean, triggered an asthma attack when there.

For room 114, the light switch by the door doesn't turn a light on by the foor. That switch lets you turn on a lamp five steps away and in the dark. The paint in the bath tub was scraped off. Everytime I wanted to watch tv, I had to wait ten minutes for the channels register. It seem like that should only occur once a day and not every time I turn it on.

Place was clean. Breakfast very limited ended to early no fridge, coffee maker or microwave in room.

We needed a quiet

I think they are due for updates there’s no microwave or fridge in the rooms and it’s only one ice machine on the first floor at the end of the building

Old and worn out towels and sheets!! Loud with road work outside. Next to a freeway with only a gas station nearby. No transportation to the airport. I will never stay here again!!

The hotel had a good location. Very quiet even though by airport. Pool and hot tub were ok. Needs lots of updates throughout hotel and in room. Shower pressure was not good. Staff were nice.

Nice place to stay with free parking, nice staff and comfortable clean rooms. Slept great with the comfy bed and pillow and felt safe staying there. Would stay there again!

Front desk staff was very nice.

There was an odd smell in our room, which got better after we opened the windows. Overall, this was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay and I would do so again.

Breakfast was only ok, had toaster for toast and waffle machine. No other hot food, had yogurt, apples and cereal.

The positives: The staff was very friendly. The pool/hot tub area was perfect. Overall a good stay for the night!

I was just overnight after...

While the staff seems nice… note that its a run down hotel. Breakfast super light…. No protein. Room smelled like wet carpet and humid. Floor is dirty not because of cleanliness but because its an old place. There was hair in the drain. Idk. Its a super basic hotel. Like one you just sleep in and leave.
