Didn't like that the construction was there and only one way into the parking lot other then that it was an awesome stay

The room was clean. We noticed the window was dirty, so we just kept the curtain closed. There was no microwave, fridge or coffee maker, which we didn't realize when we booked the room, but the price was reasonable. The breakfast was ok, with make- your-own waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt and pastries and bread for toast, also the usual variety of hot drinks and juices. It was a quiet restaurant and the bed was comfortable. The pool was cool, but we got accustomed to it. The large hot tub was a comfortable level of warmth. Coming into the parking lot, there is a curb that isn't painted a bright color, and we turned too quick and drove up on it. Something to watch for.

Clean and basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but convenient for an overnight stay before a flight.

Had to change rooms because the hot tub was dirty, there's a ton of construction going on around the property, the room appeared larger on the pictures, tv was small as hell, hotel in general needs to be updated, it was ok but if I had to do it over again, I'd stay somewhere else, best thing about the room is that it was around alot of restaurants and right by the mall of America

Not warm food, just basic eggs nothing out extraordinary. No flavour at all sooo simple

This hotel is just a basic older hotel but was clean beds and bathrooms...sadly I didn't look at the amenities as I would have found out no 'free wifi' that was an additional cost.

Lobby is appealing; nice pool and great hot tub. Breakfast was lacking very much, not a ton of options. We never had wifi the entire time we were there. The front desk said it was a problem with our phones however we could connect to wifi any other place we want in our trip. We are from out of country and have no data plan for the USA so the only way we can connect with family and plan our next stage of the trip was via wifi. Had to use wifi at Mall of America and Costco since we could not use it the entire time we were at the hotel..

great location. Hot tub was down. working on road so that was a problem but the hotel had no control over that, Very helpful staff,

The front desk staff just seemed very indifferent. Not friendly or rude, just there. The breakfast hours are too early. They didn't accommodate my request for a ground level room. Unfortunately alot of construction going on right outside, blocking one of the parking lot entrances. Would not recommend, will not be staying there again.

Location to our business in the city was convenient Breakfast was very limited(for the price of room, one would think there would've been more healthy alternatives/protein) The tub in room was not batheable, marks/like peeling paint etc The vending machine had expired product The staff we not entirely friendly (robotic) no smiles or welcoming

It’s a decent managed property! The room had weird smell! And the whole building smelled like strong bleach

Our stay was good, Hot tub was out of order, but swimming was perfect for kids. Would have liked more for breakfast, it was ok for the price!

Our room was not very great. No fridge, broken air conditioner top, our air conditioner decided to stop working in the middle of the night... There was splatters on the ceiling, no note pad or anything to write with. Tub was worn down to the fiberglass, curtain rod was angled so the shower curtain could not fully close and had to be rigged up. The bed was comfortable and they had black out curtains. Breakfast was okay... The staff seem to really not enjoy serving or refilling anything. They promptly closed it. We never used the pool. When we got there there was a group of children playing unattended... I never did see any parents at any time. Later once more normal travelers came in things got nicer. Seems their normal attendees are quite unsavory. I wouldn't go back to this place. I only stayed there because it was close to the Mall of America. I was not expecting much but it really was below normal standards.

Staff was extremely unfriendly and difficult to work with on 08/13/26 in early afternoon! We traveled for medical reasons and was very disappointed. Won't be back and this was our go to hotel!

The room Was cold . From the first day of being there I told them there was nats in my room they kept saying “ we are completely booked “ so that mean I have to deal with bugs even though I paided my money?..
