This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. To be clear it’s not Expedia’s fault as they tried to help…but I booked a non-refundable room, which I get…happy to pay it…but I accidentally booked the wrong date and called literally 2 minutes later and the hotel declined to accomodate moving the date. I get the letter if the law but this was a disgusting money grab the violates the spirit of non-refundable discounts. Save you money and find better alternatives

Very clean in and out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Fine dining attached to the building which also had a parking garage that could be used as well. Nice to be able to just walk into the mall.

The hotel has a spa vibe from the light fragrance in the hotel to quiet atmosphere, and calming TV when it is first turned on.

Our room was not ready at check in time. Wasted 20 minutes standing in line. Pillows were way, way too soft. The hotel was very clean and beautiful.

The property location is excellent. Being so close to airport and attached to hotel is a huge draw over the properties across the street. Rooms are great. Bathrooms have alot of space. The porters and outside car runners, bellmen are exceptional. Check in staff was not a highlight for me

The staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The location was very conveniently located near the airport but also connected directly to the Mall of America. The rooms were very clean and modern, and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.
