Radisson Blu Mall of America

From check in to checking out the staff was amazing and helpful. Got stranded in Minneapolis for delayed flights and got room here as it's connected to Mall of America. They made everything easy at check in feeling our stress then stored bags after check out until they shuttled us to airport. Highly, highly recommend this hotel!!

Wildly humid throughout the hotel. The AC in the room didn’t actually seem to work, it was more of a whisper of the idea of AC. Room was alright, definitely showing its age on the furniture and in the tile and the general smell of the place. Staff was friendly and helpful enough but it felt very surface level. We used the shuttle to get to the airport and were delayed by a family with a special needs child that probably should have been booked on their own shuttle with the number of bags and suitcases that took up all the space. It was nice that it was attached to the mall, so that was convenient for everything. Pool was out of commission and we didn’t find out until we arrived. Would have been nice to know. The most redeeming quality is the restaurant. It was absolutely delicious and our servers were delightful.

This is a five star hotel, in my opinion. The staff treats every guest like they are the only guest. Never rushed or treated poorly. I have stayed here multiple times and always had a first class experience. The valet parking is excellent, although pricey. But, they have cheaper self parking at the hotel. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The elevators could use more lighting, but they are safe. The beds are of excellent quality. Housekeeping staff is very good at their jobs and very friendly. And, the convenience of being attached to Mall of America gives you plenty of shopping and food options. Although, they do have a bar and restaurant at the hotel that are, while a little on the pricier side, out of this world good.

Everything was good except they didn't have garbage bags in our room and there wasn't a microwave.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel and our room was clean. My only complaint was the smell in the hallway. And the bed/pillows were uncomfortable.

The location to the Mall was really nice!

Being attached to the mall of america is always fun. We have stayed a few times the only negative i have us that the pool has been down each time.

From the moment we arrived in our room, the signs were hard to ignore: Lego pieces and oat grains on the floor, dust-covered furnishings, and damaged upholstery in the business lounge. The poorly sized pillows also left us waking up with neck pain — a small but telling detail about the lack of attention to guest comfort. We let these issues slide, giving the benefit of the doubt. What we could not overlook, however, was the state of the bathroom — hair scattered across multiple visible spots in the toilet, and urine stains on and around the toilet seat upon check-in. This is a fundamental hygiene failure, not a minor oversight. To make matters worse, on our second day we were hit with an unauthorized charge of $209 on our credit card. The hotel's explanation was that they had not received payment from Expedia — a billing dispute between the hotel and a third-party platform that should never be passed on to the guest as a surprise charge. We genuinely love the Radisson Blu brand and had hoped this stay would reflect that standard. Sadly, it did not. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as cleanliness and billing integrity are non-negotiable basics for any reputable hotel.

Lovely hotel with very well-trained staff. Room was spotless as were all the public areas. Big sporting events were in town (volleyball national championship; special athlete event), and so hotel was sold out. But it did not feel crowded. The pool was closed due to repairs, but that happens. Fire/Lake Restaurant is fabulous.

The restaurant in hotel is top tier! Drinks and food! Decor is beautiful, 24 hour gym, attached to Mall of America. No real complaints and this was my first time staying at Radisson Blu and I was impressed.

Great location and very clean property

Would definitely stay here again. Staff were very helpful and polite. The easy shuttle access to the airport and the convenient location to the mall was amazing. Had a great stay.
