Exceptional

Used same brand of hotel in Minnesota as in Harrisburg, PA, and found the excellent quality consistent in both places.

The breakfast was great! The staff were very nice! The shuttle came quickly to the airport and the driver provided great customer service! The room was super nice! Lots of extras, clean, and modern! Being so close to the airport, we could hear the planes. But it is a catch 22, because we also loved how close it was to the airport. The hallway did smell a bit like garbage. The hallway garbage must of had something smelly in it.

Both the room and the overall facilities were very clean! The staff were also friendly and the airport shuttle service worked flawlessly! The breakfast also had a wide selection of carbs and proteins.

Walking distance to the Mall of America. Close to the airport if you are a fan of watching airplanes take off. And not too far away is a wonderful lake you can visit with a nice little beach area, concessions, and decent parking.

Great property. I Would no doubt stay again, and I am a picky person!

The room was great. Breakfast was free every morning and included waffles and pancakes. My sons played pool and cornhole between swims. A couple of things I would have liked were a hot tub and free parking. If you charge for parking, build it into the room cost.

Great breakfast, clean rooms and comfy beds! What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.

Hotel was very clean. We didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that.

Well my experience was not good not bad I booked some specific days from my husband B-day when we arrived my days change automatically there was not able to find me ect…but the worst part was that they didn’t have any more rooms available and we’re already there with our kids.

The room had a urine smell

The weight room cable machine is worn down, 1 side of the cable was broken, so you could only use 1 side, there wasn't any wipes to wipe down the equipment after use and there was no internet connection until later on at night, then the internet went off again the next morning.
